Waited in line until it was time to give my order. I asked for a shrimp poboy. The lady said they were out. I then asked for a fish poboy. She said they didn’t have any sandwiches. So then I asked for just a fish plate. She said all they had was chicken, which was already cooked and on display. I don’t eat meat. The previous customer had just ordered fish. She told me in chat when I walked up and stood behind her. So I knew they had fish. The lady was just too lazy to drop more. Great customer service. I don’t know why I expected better. This particular Brother’s has always had trash service. But I was really hungry and they were right there. Lesson learned. I won’t be back!

I stopped by be brother’s on river road before heading home. I asked for a 2pc fish and fries. The employee told me that she not cooking any fish right now because she trying to fill her window with food when there was more than enough food to serve customers if they need anything. So she turned down service not because they were out but because she didn’t want to cook any fish at that time. The owner need to start hiring people that has customer service skills not just to fill a body because he need help.

Deli has full menu and special advertised, but no meat except fried chicken. No poboys, red beans, sides or any items except fried chicken and fries.Why have a menu if you aren't going to stock anything on it?

I usually love this brothers, they have been pretty good about masks, and the food is good. However, I have been noticing the cut backs on how much food you get, use to be with the meal you got a really good amount of fries and a roll. Then it went to a quarter less fries and you had to ask for a roll, now its half or less of the fries, they discontinued the rolls and I swear everytime I go in I get 3 decent tenders and one or 2 that are tiny or lost the breading or some other such thing to make it subpar. My hubs and I have just decided to stop giving them the benefit of the doubt.

Not everyone at this dump is friendly. Some are are definitely rude. Especially Nicole. Nicole over scans items and then gets upset when you point it out. Why should I pay extra for items that I don't have? Maybe pay attention to your job and stop being aggressive when you scan things and you won't have to worry about refunding anyone the extra cash that you tried to take from their funds. They also believe in NOT giving you your receipts back. Can't be trusted.

Rudest people in the world. Cashier mumbled something, I said I'm sorry I couldn't hear you. He then rolls his eyes and shouts "k bye " every dude cashier there is rude af. I'll never go back to that place.

It would help everybody and your employees not waste their time if you just put signs up saying we are out of gas.... Furthermore the 1st time I tried it said 3.04 gallon for reg. I thought it was a glitch electronically so was going to try a 2nd time tell me why.... When I replaced the gas nozzle regular switched to 2.99 a gallon???That's buku shady ya'll

Since it's the only store in Waggaman, I have been there many times. The staff is friendly, especially if you take the time to get to know them. As for the fried chicken, it I great when it's fresh. If it has been sitting there for awhile, not so good. Best to go there during lunch time and the chicken is always hot and fresh.

Brothers is killing small buisness in the area. They dont allow competition and when there is competition they eithor offer them so much money they cant refuse or they under sell them till they kill the other store. The only store for miles and they run the place like some exclusive club. Like you should be honored to step foot in this bug ridden hell hole. The owner accused me of taking a .75 cent honeymustard packet when the person making my food didnt write it on the bag, not my fault. Never have ice in the drink machines, coffee never made and they treat the free sugar like its gold. Go elsewhere DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!

Friendly folks, good food. Great place to stop for fuel and a quick snack, or take home dinner, if you want. Good fried chicken, po-boys(shrimp po-boy Is over flowing with shrimp), and the steak fries are the best.

The chicken is cooked fresh and tastes better than the major chains. They have most likely whatever you want, also have an 🏧 at the front door.
