My order was wrong, I asked for jalapeno poppers and received regular jalapenos . Young lady behind the counter taking the order was on the phone while she was taking my order. The fries were cold and the chicken was warm. I will not go back.

During Hurricane Ida aftermath I was relieved to see cars in the parking lot and lights on. I stopped in to finally get a bite to eat and drink after a long day. I went to open the door to find the door was tied closed and to see a lady yelling at me from the other side of the door.I won’t get into the details why I desperately in need of some type of food or drink in my system but yo have this ungrateful employee to be yelling at me was quite absurd. I then politely asked what are the hours which caused the lady to get more angry. She should not be working here period

So woman at the front counter argument on her phone for five minutes while I waited for food and when she was done she came over and asked me what do I want in those exact words. When I told her my order she then told me I get what I see in the glass that she wasn’t cooking. All I wanted was a shrimp poboy.

Great little store! Well stocked convenience store. I went there for the fried chicken. My first time eating Brothers chicken. Loved it! Had boudin balls, too. Yum!

Their chicken were amazing, fresh and crispy, i bought a shrimp sandwich too and i couldn't ask for a better sandwich the service was excellent and the cashier was so friendly.

Westwego Brothers is only one I know that has to close at 5am just for shift change. This new crew started that. People pick wrong time to do that, they lose so many customers.

I bought a breast from this location (just a breast) and it was old and hard. There is no phone number and I can't just bring it back since I'm at work. This location never has to worry about my money again.

The chicken was horrible!!! It tasted old, dried, and hard. The chicken in the display looked freshly fried but what I was given was not. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. 1200 Westbank Expressway, Westwego. HORRIBLE!

We went to get milk and all they had was milk with the expiration date of march 23 2020 it is april 15th youd think theyd know how to rotate old milk out but i guess not
