My favorite Cashier was crying ringing my items up . I prayed that her day got better . Store didn’t have everything I needed stock was low. Nobody never at customer service, either it be too many people over there or none at all & will have you waiting awhile before assisting.

Card processing broken. Systems said, "Payment Processor Offline" or "Declined" but took the money from our account anyway, so I was out the money and did not leave with my purchase. An employee was directed to instruct customers to run their card multiple times until the payment went through. As a result of this misguided instruction, we were charged a total of $156 and received nothing. Furthermore, the manager pointed to our frustration over the issue as an excuse to kick us out of the store instead of rectifying the situation. We resulted to calling the police to get a printout of the transactions to begin the process of getting our money back. Because we called the police the store manager will not allow us to return so we are left to resolve this with corporate and our bank. As of today, more than 24 hours later, we are still out $78 and waiting for the return of our money. This review text was initially removed, no doubt because it was disputed, and this is an edit to put the text back. This review is in line with Google's policies and intended to aid the public in making SAFE decisions about where they can trust using their card and for the store manager's superior to review. This is exactly what reviews are for. DO NOT REMOVE! I will no longer shop or purchase from any Walmart. Not this location, not any location.

Neighborhood Market is a convenient grocery store that accommodates most grocery needs. Smaller than the regular Wal-Mart and without the Home, Office, Clothing, etc department's. Its focus is on groceries and basic household requirements. The staff here is usually friendly and helpful. Self check out is available as well as Western Union and Wal-Mart money card services.

Card machines declining payments and putting holds on cards for declined transactions. I'm still waiting on my $78.12 hold to be released three days later. The manager of the store is indifferent and refuses to take accountability.

9/3/22 10 pm Saturday - The young man on the line checkout on the other end from the auto checkout neglected to ensure that I had my last bag with dog bacon treats and a container of Southern chicken salad—about $13. At 10:26 AM on 7/5/22 we called Neighborhood Walmart Pharmacy(2400 Cypress St West Monroe, LA)to check on the status of a medicine. The lady that answered the phone was VERY rude and unprofessional. She was very short with us, as well. They told us last Thursday that the medication would be in Friday. Then, when Friday came we were told “oh, I don’t know why I said that. It’ll be next Tuesday”. They’ve done this so many times. Get on the same page, and please find the lady that took this call and please give her tips on common courtesy. Pharmacists are supposed to be informative, and helpful. Not disrespectful, rude, and pushy. All calls and visits to this pharmacy from here on out will be recorded, and posted to YouTube. Horrible experience.

This place has more than the super centers. I like going for the fresh produce and good dates. I usually find what I'm looking for and have no issues. If you're okay with self checkout, this is the place to shop fresh!

The team, the location, and the services available here are all very good. I have visited here many times with uniformly good results. Things are stocked and easy to find. There are lots of team members to help as needed. Happily the barrier at the front entrance came down a while back, making entry and exit easier.

They have a completely rude racist old lady with glasses and a mask working the register.. she should not be in customer service what so ever all she is very very rude made my 2 year old cry . Guess because he is mixed . She shouldn’t work there ! I will never go back

I have never had a bad experience at my local Neighborhood Market. Everyone there seems to take care of business. So, a pleasant place to go. I love the Walmart app where you can scan in your receipts! They carry a lot of products that you cannot find at the other Walmart. Such as healthy food products. They seem to always have a great selection of produce as well. If they do not carry a product you can ask the manager and they will start carrying it! Everyone is friendly and courteous, and they do not mind helping you find anything. The employees seem to care about their jobs and take pride in them. I use the pharmacy there also. And I get the exact same great service!

Nice store, staff is very friendly and they are normally always in stock of everything I need. One issue I have is when you are near the general merchandise area of the store, they put pallets of stuff b/t those aisles and the candy wall. This makes it very difficult to maneuver buggies and there is no way to get two buggies through. I think these should be either removed entirely or just have fewer of them.

I'm gonna give 3 stars and I will be coming back. But if you take all you time to walk over to me to complain.... cause you think I didn't ring up all my things!!! Then by all means wobble to a cash register and check me out. Because I never have and never will steal!!! I got money and I promise you a 2 dollar stuff animal ain't worth the jail time. This Walmart Neighboorhood Market is the best Walmart we have ever experienced. It is always so, so well stocked and clean. The bathrooms are always clean. The pharmacists know who we even just by our voice on the phone. There are always plenty of cashiers. 10/10 great store.

Bought ginger root which isn’t cheap and noticed the cashier very subtly applied her large cell phone to the scale. I let her finished then at end asked her to reweigh. She did and it showed half a pound for a 3” piece of small root. Her excuse was it doesn’t weight enough for scale and she was told to do that. Not my problem and like I said ginger isn’t cheap per ounce. Get home and weighed on food scale and it’s a little over 3ozs. How many times are you doing this a day Walmart? Don’t scam your shoppers and double charge. Could care less about a few dollars but it’s the principle. Staff is friendly but so are used car salesmen. Need to fix this practice. Next time when I’m not in a hurry to pick up my kids me and manger will have a talk.

This is best store in our area. Very pleasant employee s only thing not great not enough checkers ( people). Don't do self check. Refuse to
