I shop here for my chicken feed all the time . Sometimes several times a month .Everytime I get a chicken from here it dies within 24-48 hrs . That is with me feeding , watering & heat lamps . Nothing I am doing wrong or any different. When I buy somewhere else they live .

We go to this Tractor supply all the time (like once a week) and can I just tell you how much we love it! We've had the pleasure of getting to know alot of the wonderful people who work there by name so we have a pretty good relationship. The staff is pretty friendly.Btw, It's also such a kid friendly place.

It would be unfair if I didn't update my review. The manager must be listening because there are more and newer buggies to carry feed. I am happy to say my feed is almost always in stock now. I am pleased because it is more convenient to shop here.

So I had bad experience few months back. The cashier brought out my dog food and treats but somehow the treats was not there..I went right away but couldn't find receipt sure it got left in treat bag. Now less than 30min had went by. I am trying to explain she says u did get no treats..to me might as well called me a liar! Then next sentence said I gave her the receipt in her hand. Now u remember that but pretty much call me treat thief! I was on my way to hawaii..thought I could get dogs stuff 1 swoop and out..lol well I wrote corporate because I was so upset. I told them ck my receipt because they could look that night. So finally 3 was later get call Mgr telling me come get treats..what I didn't steal after all as they really acted crazy. I did go get treats . In the end made right but I'm still leary and really watch what's going on. I go there occasionally but not as much as used too.

I drove to the wrong place for pick up and the lady who wheeled my chicken feed out to me was still super friendly and loaded all of the bags for me without me even asking. I appreciate the kindness!

Yes it was 5 minutes before you closed but it was 5 minutes, spent over 2000 in cubes and feed while at ike expo in a week. Rushed over to grab a bag cubes and door locked 5 minutes before 8 with people still in store. Poor management if this was my store employees would be looking for new employment. You lost a good customer that comes 3 times a year to this area that spends 6k to 10k alone at this location!

The staff here are very unfriendly and all I was trying to get was a shot for my puppy. The lady took forever going to get it from the back after being rude about how she didn't know which shot I needed. I'm glad I don't have need to go here often

Bird feeding supplies seemed to be low in inventory. I was looking for Country Vet mosquito & fly spray cans but they stopped carrying that item in-store BUT they will sell you the automatic dispenser unit. I will say the employee that helped me was determined to make me happy and looked for a solution to my problem. She found the spray was something I could order online from TSC to have delivered to my home. I liked her efforts but that did not help my disappointment.

The employees that helped me today was right on target in helping me. It didn't take half a to get what I wanted. That's one thing I am very happy with. They were right there getting things done with my merchandise and getting me out the door satisfied. The employees here are friendly and helpful, and the selection of dog food and supplies is better than you'll find at most of the pet stores in the area. An easy 5-star rating, except for the fact that their return policy sucks. Unless you paid cash, all refunds are issued in the form of a gift card... even with the original receipt. They will not credit your credit or debit card. Not really a problem because you can easily find something else to spend your money on. But the customer should be able to make that decision.

It's big box, what can I say? They have what I need or something similar almost every time I shop there. I go in, get what I need, check the clearance, wait at the checkout, pay and leave. It's pretty much the same every time. It's not really bad but it ain't great either.

Always a great experience at the local Tractor Supply!! Can’t get enough of that store. Their inventory seems to grow from each visit before. They even have John boat’s and Kayak’s now. Ha! Go figure.

THIS WAS THE WORSE TRIP TO TRACTOR SUPPLY EVER!!!!! Y WOULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD. I was buying an item that was marked down. Their sign stated 30% off lowest marked price. When they tried to change me the price it was marked without giving me the 30% off, I pointed it out. They argued with me and told me it was already marked the sale price. I told them I have very good reading comprehension and their sign stated it was 30% off the lowest price marked. One of the ladies commented THESE PEOPLE JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND ... Well I am one of these people, as in "a paying customer in that store" and I understand completely. They finally honored their advertising and snatched the sign down. I will be calling their corporate office after the holidays.

90% of the time that we go here they have nobody onsite to fill propane. This is one of the only places that fill in this city. Absolutely ridiculous. Train more employees to fill propane or don’t offer it at all. We live in our camper & Currently have no way to keep it warm for the night. Won’t be back here.

Lots of nice and helpful stuff, mostly retail prices but it's a convenient location with friendly people, and kind of a get what you pay for thing with the deal items so it's pretty fair. The retail priced items are quality products so if you do real work it's a decent place to stock up!

I love this place. Its fun to visit and look at the chicks or ducklings. I can take mt dogs with me if I want. There is a fair selection of hardware needs without traveling over the river to home depot or lowes. I also like the free seasonal magazines that come in regularly.

In store service is horrible. To avoid having to deal with the branch in West Monroe, I ordered online, big mistake, customer service online is worse that in store. Unless you are going in store to pick up something you do not need assistance with, your are better off ordering from Amazon or going to a local feed/hardware store.

Good selection of items but a little pricey. West Monroe store has terrible service. You can expect to wait for help and on a busy day you will be waiting no less than 30 mins. I have made 4 trips there this week so I feel I am correct in saying this.

The place was nice and clean and we went in and got everything we needed. When we walked in the door Shawn was super nice and greeted us. The ladies at the checkout were super nice too.

Not enough employees in store to help customers for one thing an the cashier didn't even know what they had in stock when buying feed. She told me they didn't have the protein tubbs for horses that all she had was what was in the sale paper after I went outside an found them. The ones she showed me in the book were all for cattle an not recommended for horses.

Young female cashier (Elizabeth) was very rude. Zero customer service skills. Had to wait for two cashiers to count one drawer.

Not worth it, store full of shoppers and only one checker, people backed up into the isles waiting to be checked out. Tried calling 3 times to get a propane tank filled, finally left and went to Golson and got it filled right away. Going to Tractor Supply in West Monroe, La. is worse than going to walmart. No assistance, no help, and can't get checked out...

Breaking Free

As always...good experience at Tractor Supply!!! We love going to the stores one reason for propane for our RV pull in getfilled up quickly. Reason 2 dog food. I buy Taste of the Wild bison and vinison...and 3 my all natural dog shampoo..and 4 bc the employees are always super nice always have what I need plus way more. We travel cross country for a living and never stopped at Tractor Supply that was bad!! Always a good experience.
