Customer service was excellent.Location (locally) is paramount.Store appeared to be clean & smelling fresh.Surprised to see products "fronted" & organized with no buggies in the aisles where accidents can happen.Customers are offered numerous amounts of varieties of products.Prices ARE NOT consistent with other similar type business establishments offering same and/or similar type products to the general public. (It's okay to make a profit. That's what you're in business for, amongst other reasons. If you'd come down on your prices a little and/or offer more sales/savings promotions, you'd definitely get more customers and/or more sales business from local ppl within your community).Although I've rated/reviewed your business establishment as a 4+, I would still very much recommend Market Basket (Welsh, La.) to family, friends, or the general public when or if asked, "Where is a decent grocery shopping market"?

I'm here working in Welsh. I've been getting breakfast here for several months. It's always good. I just wanted to say that whoever made the eggs yesterday (11/6/2023), they were awesome!!! The best I've had yet. There was no juice in the bottom of the eggs, they were fully cooked, and they had just the right amount of salt.

Worst Market Basket I have ever seen! Sales out of date items, leaves meats on racks sitting in the middle of the aisle for way longer than it should be nastiest bakery cakes that are obviously way past any "best by" date. Tell the managers and they get mad and do nothing!

A bit expensive since there's no competition in the area. I find the store neat and clean with friendly cashiers. The deli serves food that would rival home cooked food with a better variety. They grace a nice away of desserts as well. The banana pudding has no bananas. You can often find cookie samples and possibly free coffee.

Welsh Market Basket is worth the trip from Jennings! They have a great selection of Community Coffee, better than Jennings Walmart. Their price is better also also! Their meat selections are very good andI'm especially happy that they have ground turkey!It's a nice ride in the country, located on hwy 90.

Friendly staff, well stocked, clean, produce is not the greatest but I suppose it's not their fault, deli is clean and always hot. Just needs some cosmetic work on the store to make it more modern.

This is my go-to store cuz I live so close. I love the $ I save with my rewards and the staff is super friendly and I kinda feel like family (I go almost daily, so I can see why) things are relatively easy to find and the deli chicken and fish is GREAT

This is probably the best market basket I've been too with the one in Kinder being a close second. Very well organized and clean with a great meet department, bakery, and great plate lunches.

It's convenient for the most part. All locations are different. Prices are a little higher than other stores, but not outrageous. Overall not a bad experience.

I shopped at the Welsh, La. Market Basket. There are always great specials every week. The staff at this store are really nice and helpful.
