Typical DQ fare. Cheese curds were great. Burgers and tenders good. Staff was friendly. Appeared to be an older location. Fans going to try to keep the place cool.

Best Dairy Queen we've ever been to. The staff was incredibly friendly and service oriented. They even brought our food to the table. Our food was prepared to absolute perfection. We will definitely add this location to our regular stops as we pass by.

Getting a little pricey. The $5 meal deal is now $7 when it was $6 about 6 wks ago. The food is always good. That's the rating. But price wise 2 stars.

Great is the norm for this Dairy Queen. I ordered a 4 PC chicken combo, fries, gravy & a soda. I more than liked it, it was very good. The atmosphere was very good, almost like being home. Thanks to the cashier and Mrs Sheryl, the manager.

Pretty good for almost anything except their burgers (taste like frozen patties to me). Nice atmosphere for fast food and they even have a few non menu items usually only sold in Texas DQ's like tacos 👍👍👍, nachos, and taco salad. Be warned though, if you're going through the drive through, they aren't exactly the fastest, but it's worth it.

People were kind and very friendly. I ordered the 6$ meal deal and wanted to add a banana split well instead of making me pay so much more she suggested a banana split blizzard. That actually saved me a few dollars. They had very fast service and great food . the chicken strips were so juice . Welch's DQ is the BOMB!

Our ice cream was melted and got all over the place. They had us waiting forever and gave us awful customer service. they also gave us the wrong order and forgot our banana split some had to go back in to get it, and they took a long time to get it to us. they also gave us the ice cream in a cup holder with no lids so it made it messy. There were so many workers and yet we got this horrible of service. Don’t even bother with them.

Great, fast, & friendly. You already know that DQ has the best ice cream, but you pay the price with slow and unfriendly service right? Well my friends, there is a better way. This Dairy Queen has the best DQ staff I’ve come across. Genuinely kind people, and quick service. Truly the white whale of Dairy Queens. Don’t miss it.

I love the steak finger basket. It's the only country fried steak style food you can get at any restaurant anymore, so I am glad they have it. Staff is also quite friendly.

This DairyQueen closed their dining room for COVID in March of 2020 and has never reopened. They have found that working the drive thru is cheaper and easier. I'm tired of these companies that throw customer service in the trash. Keep on driving 10 miles down the road to Jennings where EVERY dining room is open.

Terrible. we waited 30 MINUTES for our food and the kid at the cashier didn't know a thing he was doing and frankly, he didn't care. He back talked a customer multiple times and wouldn't even listen to us asking where our food was. Toilet was clogged and they were out of most things. Never going there again. And I DO NOT recommend it!!

Just stopping through on our way back to Ft. Benning, GA. The gal at the front was so friendly. I was trying to figure out what my 4 year old wanted. She was so patient through it all. All the staff was extremely friendly!

It's April of 2022 and these lazy people are still insisting on "drive-thru only." Covid isn't a thing anymore. Kids needing to pee on road trips is very real, however. What disappointing management.

Food was good but chicken strips and toast was a bit greasy. Ice cream was excellent. Only issue was a bored/surly cashier and I could hear employees talking trash about other employees.

Everytime we go the chicken is fresh and delicious. I always get a fresh meal from this location. (Which is very hard to find consistency at some locations). Y'all are awesome!

We stopped here to use the restrooms and grab some lunch on a road trip. The facilities were clean and the staff was incredibly friendly, kind, efficient, and professional!
