Horrible grocery pick up experience. Checked in on app when leaving, when arrived at store put in parking spot info. App said “got it. Be out shortly”. Several other cars came and went in about 20 minutes of waiting, asked an employee outside for help. Said order will be out soon. 20 more minutes of waiting watching more cars come and go. Employees were extremely rude when questioned on why it was taking 45 minutes to pick up a grocery order when we watched no less than 8-10 cars come and go. Refused to help cancel the order and threatened to call police if I did not leave. I would rather spend more money and go to Oak Point for grocery pick up. Their customer service is phenomenal. Something this Walmart is seriously lacking. Shenna needs training in customer service.

I'm here on the daily! I have built relationships with a lot of staff members and most are great. I do have an issue with the Walmart employees who are shopping in the store. They are rude as it gets! Never say excuse me, take up the entire isles, don't care to run you over and will NOT move so that the public can shop AS WELL!! Food quality is great and the pleasant ppl are very pleasant!

This Walmart has the rudest workers and people they have to walk around and make sure people aren't stealing. I'm wearing skin tight black pants no pockets and a T-shirt and a small fanny pack. I'm on the phone with my son because we have been looking for the right mouth guard and one of the packs were opened so I'm looking at the mouth piece and I'm comparing it to the others and a worker comes up to me and is acting like I'm trying to steal so I get off the phone with my son MIND YOU I'm getting my oil changed so I'm also going to be here for a few mins. If I was going to steal something it wouldn't be when I couldn't leave right away! Anyways I go straight to the back and pay for the mouth piece after I told the girl I would buy it! I mean if it's that big of a deal for you to come and make me feel that way and it's not even the one I really needed to get but I'm watching this worker and secret customers now talk about me and put me in their sights like remember her face and that's so aggravating! I can't stand judgemental people. I hadn't even been in the store for 4 mins. I literally walked in from the back and went straight to the mouth guards and then bam this all happened.

Mr.Rich in receiving at walmart store 2832 in Walker, La is AWESOME! I wasn't having that much of a good day and he made it 10x better by just a simple conversation and asking how my day was going. He also unloaded my very quickly which is a big plus to us drivers! He's a very nice guy &' I wonna thank him for being an amazing worker. He deserve a raise for sure!

Walker Walmart is a good store. We generally find what we are looking for there. I have found the most helpful people on the floor, and the less rude, are the workers that are filling grocery orders.Yesterday the CSM was helpful when she told and then showed me where their bag recycling bins are located.Glad to see that Walmart is recycling any plastic grocery store bags.

No regeisters open! Again an Again! Every week I spend 3 to 5 hundred on groceries and have to wait 30 min or more to get checked out! Had to put my ice cream back because it melted before I even left the store, several employees walking around doing nothing!unacceptable!!!!next week I’ll go Facebook live!!!!

I wanted to give a massive THANK YOU to Ms. Christy at Walker Wal Mart bakery! She saved the day!! I ordered a customer cake from a local baker but there was an issue and Christy was literally a lifesaver!! Told her my issue and that I needed it for tomorrow and that I’d be decorating it with horses and to use her imagination!! This is what she made for me!! 😍😍😍 My daughter is going to love it! She went on break before I could thank her! So Christy thank you so much!! I really appreciate you!!! You turned a stressful situation into a great one!! Thank you a million times!! I walk in and being asked about my flannel that I bring in when I'm cold. Then when I go to leave I'm being looked at like I stole something. I will never stop into another walmart again. They do not know how to treat customers. They used to have good customer service, but now it's all about money. What happened to the people mattering?

This store NEVER has enough registers opened. I just left and there were only 2 registers opened on the day after Christmas. There are so many people in line just waiting to get checked out. OPEN SOME REGISTERS INSTEAD OF RELYING ON SELF CHECKOUT.

Good ambiance upon entrance to store. Easy to find departments in fairly predictable layout. Clean store. Easy traffic flow into & out of parking lot. Plenty of parking on a Friday afternoon. Typical pricing & product selection for Walmarts. I consistently mark Walmarts as 4's for reviews at checkouts. This store is the same.

This is the only Walmart in south LA that has out dated self checkouts. Theres only a handfull of self checkouts none of them are for people who have a buggy full of groceries and they dont accept payment using the phone. Please update it. The other walmarts have done updated their a few times.

The walmart app is constantly "glitching" (as they put it) and having us wait for over an hour, past the estimated time, for a curbside pick up. After stopping several workers to address the issue and being told its being put together we still sat and waited.

Love order pick up. Always use when I can. Very convenient and usually fast. I've only twice not received everything I've ordered and then it was only one or 2 items which they swiftly refunded me for. Way faster and easier than shopping inside! But when I do shop inside, the Walker location is one of my favorite ones to go to. Usually clean and well stocked.

The bigger their stores get, the less variety they offer. Honestly, I typically notice at least one item no longer carried at least once a month.I find myself choosing to pay a little more elsewhere for an expanded variety and to avoid the inevitable crowds of Wal-Martians.
