They always have my medications refilled on time and they also have very pretty hair clips and this product called Cake that smells AWESOMENESS which is A shampoo and conditioner products. Thier customer service is most definitely 5 stars.

Seriously the worst…. terribly inefficient drive thru process. I’m not sure why they don’t have people drive around if their prescription isn’t ready. It’s on average a 5-10min wait per car. The “convenience” of the drive thru isn’t worth the time it costs you.

This pharmacy use to be way better than the cvs across the street but the past year it’s horrible. The line around the building takes over 30min. If you try to go inside there’s a line that takes over 30min. They have like 6 people in there all the time. What’s so hard about finding the name, grabbing the medicine, and collecting payment? Need to do better before everyone switches to cvs or walker pharmacy.

Horrible. Every time I go here, the wait is ridiculous and the lines are unbelievably long. Slowest pharmacy I have ever seen in my life. Most recently, they canceled my prescription refill without telling me. I will be filing a complaint with the Louisiana Board of Pharmacies and changing my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. I've had it with this place.

The pharmacy is completely ridiculous. They are never organized. Dropping off one RX takes over two hours. Even if you say you're waiting in store. Two hours. Lines are always wrapped around outside AND inside. Medicine gets lost and the techs can't find it. There is nothing good I can say about this pharmacy. I guess on to CVS to try?!....🙄

Walgreens Pharmacy is the absolute worst! The staff are above and beyond rude, unorganized, and unprofessional. My prescription was supposed to be ready Saturday at 12:30pm. As of Sunday at 1:15pm, it’s still not ready. I called three times starting at 1:17pm. The first time I held for 8 minutes as was hung up on. I called back twice and was immediately hung up on. Bottom line is, their meal break starts at 1:30 pm and they did not want to get stuck on the phone speaking with a customer.

The pharmacy is terrible. I don't think there's any management holding them accountable. Several times I've went there. They had a attitude and they don't move very fast at all. Move all my prescriptions to walker pharmacy a thousand percent better. And cheaper too! rather give my money to a local friendy company.

Every time I come here it is something else. I called about 30 minutes ago and spoke to Courtney who told me that they take walk-ins for Covid and flu tests. When I showed up and said I didn’t have an appointment, everybody looked at me like I was crazy. I told Courtney “I just spoke to you on the phone about 30 minutes ago” and she looked down and snickered. I was sent away and told “sorry I’m not sure how to put it in without an appointment”. So is it not an option or do they just not know how to do it??

They have been messing up the photos here. They are cutting half the pics off and when I go in for pickup they refuse to give me ALL of my pics. Also a friend just contacted me and told me some of my pics are in her order. Thankfully it’s a friend and not a stranger. WALGREENS PHOTO y’all need to figure out who is messing up photos and take care of it.

This Walgreens is the most, slowest, inconvenient place to come. Even for your medicine. You might as well go back to your doctor before you come and try and pick up meds. There is a line of 10 people behind me and 2 in front and they are still on the same woman at the window. The workers are everywhere and not even focusing on the ones in the waiting area waiting. I will never return to this pharmacy. This is a joke!

Dropped off 2 rx's at 2pm and was told 1.5hrs. I came back to the counter at 4pm was told they were working on it now at 5pm I get called to the counter and was told my insurance changed, it didn't but I wanted to go so I tried to just pay for it and was told I have a bad attitude and about 520pm finally 2 rx's in my hand. Then because I've been there so long traffic is backed up on walker you definitely can't turn left the other side someone was trying to turn left. Took another 15min to get on the road. I made a mistake. Walgreens is terrible. I watched a minimum of 10 people go up to the counter and all of them had problems 10 out of 10. 100% problems. Good luck if you go to walgreens.

My physician sent a prescription to the Walgreens pharmacy in Walker. I called at 3:20 to confirm they had received the prescriptions and was told they were running behind and would have it ready for 5 PM. I hung out in their parking lot and waited until 5 PM. I went in at five and was told they were still running behind and it would be another 25 to 30 minutes before I could get my medicine. I asked if they could have it done in 10 to 15 minutes as they told me it would be ready at 5:00 and was told no it would probably be another 25 to 30 minutes. It would have been nice if they would’ve just been honest upfront and said hey, we probably won’t have your medicine done for another 2 1/2 or three hours then I would’ve known to be able to go home and come back another time instead of waiting in the parking lot for 45 minutes to get my medicine that still wasn’t ready when I was told it would be ready

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Every single time that I’ve tried to fill a prescription here, I’ve always had an issue, the staff is always rude. I dropped a script off because this was the only pharmcy that carried this particular medication, it was supposed to be filled a week ago, I call and they keep me on hold for over 30 minutes every single time, and when I go in person to pick it up they tell me they’re understaffed and that they have to call my doctor that they will call my doctor that day, still no updates on my medication. I’ll be picking up my written prescription and never going back. Horrible.

Awful pharmacy. I hate going there and the people working the pharmacy is the worst. If you work like I do and can't get there until later in the day you will have at minimum 10 people in line drive thru or inside and it takes on advantage 10 to 15 minutes for each person. They talk to you like you are an inconvenience.

Called to see if they had meds in stock and the tech said,"Hold on, let me check." No later than my eyes can blink she said,"we don't have it!" I said ma'am, you knew within a moment or so that you don't have the prescription?" Cypress Pharmacy located in HiNabor on Jone Creek Rd is much better! I never have to call for my daughter's refills. They send me a confirmation letting me know it's ready for pick-up.

Wow. It's all true folks. In a word, abysmal. In two, beyond hope.These people will hold your script for over a week, only to tell you they don't have your meds and can't tell you WHEN they will, but one is welcome to hang around for a few days and they will do the courtesy of letting you know when you can get your meds!No thanks.Everyone slips up, everyone makes mistakes. But three times in a row? This Walgreens exceeds at a couple of things though, it will absolutely contribute to high BP and stress. Those still struggling with this entity, take note! There is relief. Fire them, as I did. Just say, sorry Walgreens you're fired. You will never again ruin my day.And then bask in the almost instant uplifting of your distress.UPDATE: Two hours after my doc transfers my script to a competent pharmacy, I have my meds in hand. It's not that hard, Walgreens.

I'm not particularly pleased with Walgreens pharmacy! Everyone was friendly except one lady in the pharmacy. 👎She was very rude to my friend. She was stating he wasn't in line & she continued to take customers in front of him.😤 Where I come from "it's first come first serve" Sorry Walgreens, check ur employees 👎

The Walgreens store itself gets 4 stars, as it’s always clean, decently stocked, and staff is very friendly. The pharmacy on the other hand, is about as inefficient and incompetent as it could possibly be. I understand the occasional staff shortage or surge in business, but this pharmacy is lacking in service and professionalism from top to bottom on a regular, if not constant, basis. I know better than to try and do business with them, so that’s on me for giving them yet another chance to thoroughly disappoint.

I am giving 1 star because I do not have the option of 0 stars. This is, by far, the slowest, most incompetent pharmacy personnel I have ever dealt with. They can come up with every reason under the sun to delay your prescription, however, when you call to inquire about the delay & dispute their excuses your prescription miraculously goes through, WHILE YOU ARE ON THE PHONE! This is only after they have delayed it for several days. This is not just an occasional issue, it happens with almost every single prescription. And forget talking to a manager, IT WON’T HAPPEN!

As far as the pharmacy….WHAT A JOKE!! Meds called in from the ER. Went to pick them up an hour later they said it would be 20 minutes. Then I went back through the drive through 30 minutes later and was told it would be another 30 minutes. Went back again 30 minutes later and when I got there I was the 4th car in line for 40 minutes with only 1 car that moved. Had to go home because I have to work in the morning. If you NEED your medication I suggest you go somewhere else. Plenty of staff and no service. That will be my last time getting medication filled there. Wow all I can say is wow.

Our Walgreens store is nice, and the people are nice and polite. Now that I got that out of the way. The pharmacy is horrible. I will not ever use the pharmacy again 🤦🏼♀️ They never have but 2 people working and 1 of them is the pharmacist 🤷🏼♀️ There’s always 1 person working the window and the counter. And the line is always so long.

the store was extremely clean and the staff was attentive but not bothersome. I really do not like when you tell a store employee that you are just looking and they let you know to let them know if you need help and then they begin to nearly stalk you. that did not happen here

Absolutely terrible customer service especially at the one in Walker, LA. I am an extreme insomniac that can not sleep unless i have my medications, Yesterday I called to refill it and had to use the automated system because couldn't get anyone on the line. It automated system said my refill would be ready at 5pm and if there were any issues I would be called. I lined up in the drive thru at 5pm and had to wait 30 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. When I get to the window, I am told that my refill needed a doctor's approval. I told the tech that should not be since he called in three months for me at my appointment a few weeks ago. She found that to be true but I was told they would not be able to refill it until the next day. I asked why since i was told that it would be ready at 5pm and was told I would have been called with any issues. The tech got the pharmacist to the window and she was the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered, She was extremely rude to me, She was said she was swamped and there's nothing she can do. She blamed me for calling in the prescription wrong, Flat out told me everything was my fault She told me i could come in and wait but she would not refill my prescription. Now i have been up all night and have a 10 hour work day ahead of me. Since i have the time, as soon as the local mom and pop pharmacy in my area opens, I will be calling to transfer all my prescriptions there, It's sad that a company lies about what they will do for you. It is even sadder that they wouldn't hire enough people to work the demand for their stores. It was obvious she was over stressed but there's NO reason to take it out on your customers. I've been a customer for years but i will never step foot in a walgreens again.We your customers depend on you for something very important. To be denied medicine I need says volumes about what matters,

The staff is helpful and polite,however, at least four if not more times my perscriptions were out of stock. Recently i was informed by text they were ready for pickup but when i got there they advised me the perscription was out of stock. One orher complaint i would like to add is when you drop off a perscription at the drive up you are told it will be several hours before it is ready.

The elderly cashier complained the entire transaction about answering the phone because the pharmacy was busy and unable to answer the phone. She was very snappy and rude. When it came to using Walgreens Rewards, she had no idea on what she was doing. I would never recommend this Walgreen's location to any friends or family nor will I step foot in this location again.

Takes too long to get prescriptions. They often lose prescriptions. They say they're ready for pick-up but they don't have them ready or the don't have them in stock. It is very poorly run.
