Very nasty and dirty place to bring your dog. Obviously the 18 yrs Donny has been open not a single penny has been put back into the business. He takes pride in being self taught and taking himself along with his business to the top. Which is a joke. Very arrogant Mr. Know it all. He can barely professionally groom. Does not have proper equipment to professionally groom. Dogs go out still dirty, greasy, with horrible quality. He does not care about the animals. He will hit them and torture them ripping out mats. He prides himself in being a charitable grooming salon prices 30 to 50 percent cheaper than others and always busy. In today's economy I'm sure that helps out and draws in some people. But you definitely get what you pay for here. Such inexperience and no love for the animals your pet is at very high risk of something horrible waiting to happen. I have experienced this first hand with him. Please BE AWARE your babies deserve so much better!

Absolutely amazing staff! Donnie and the gang are the only ones we trust with our baby. Never a problem getting scheduled, always walk in to smiling faces, and the puppies love it too! Hands down, best in walker!

I took my labradoodle here to get groomed for the very first time. They were really paitent with me and my doodle Rocky I was very nervous and called a few times and they were very polite and answered my questions every time! I will be bringing my Rocky back here every time!

I called and looked for groomers around the area and all were very rude over the phone and then I was recommended Diva Dog. I have brought my dog here twice now and he has loved it both times and came out looking super cute and smelling even better! Everyone is so nice and respectful and they make sure you get what you want. Definitely bring your dog here!!

Diva Dogs did a fantastic job on our beloved Bob, I adopted him from the ASPCA two years ago and couldn't tell what kind of mix breed he was. They did such a great job,love his new "do". Very nice people !

I took my dog here a couple of years ago. He's a sweet, calm, gentle, obedient lab mix. When I picked him up, he wanted nothing to do with this place- just wanted to leave as soon as possible, which was unusual behavior for him. The groomers did what I asked them to do, and they had no problems with him (no one ever does). However, due to my dog's behavior after the appointment, I listened to my dog and never took him back.

DONNY CUT MY 5 lb. MALTESE'S TONGUE WHICH REQUIRED SURGERY ($220). They groomed her in the morning and kept her all day .... trying to stop the bleeding instead of calling me right away so I could take her to the Vet. They called and told me she was ready for pick up. When I walked in...he basically blamed my 16 month old dog saying "She doesn't like men." No that's not true ...she idolizes my husband. Then he said "she doesn't like her feet groomed." Well, I usually groom her and have NEVER had problems with her but have also taken her to other groomers who have always said how great she behaves. Petsmart gives a report card and she always gets A+. But even if she behaved horribly that does not excuse his negligence. He stated that "she bit the clippers and it cut her tongue." If he had used proper safety mechanisms like the standard neck loop on the grooming tables, this would have NEVER HAPPENED. NEVER ONCE DID HE APOLOGIZE. I tried to talk to him the next day and he was argumentative, did not listen to what I tried to say to him and was STILL blaming my dog, and complaining about him not being able to sleep last night thinking about it!!! Poor Donny! An apology goes a long way but this guy is above apologizing. He showed ZERO COMPASSION for my dog who had to have the piece of her tongue removed that was hanging off and had her tongue cauterized. If he is not compassionate (and is isn't) he should NOT be in a capacity caring for animals. I REALLY wish there was a way that I could possibly give him less than 1 star rating cause this guy doesn't even deserve 1 star. I hope by posting this others will see it and maybe save someone else the torment of the pain we have suffered by his negligence.

He was very kind, compassionate and informative. I have a chihuahua. The first trip he weighed 1.4 lbs. He now weighs 2.8 lbs. Donny only charges $5 to trim nails.

Diva Dog Grooming & Glamor Shots Pffft!!More like the Puppy Mill Addition!!This pl. is scary when u walk in. It's very dated, & the two Groomers were sitting back 2 back of eachother. They literally didn't have a lot of space 2 work in. The cages that they hold the dogs in, were in that same space. Those cages are dated, & only big enough 4 a Chihuahua. They had No Perfume, Bows, Scarves, or Dog Treats. They had 2 glass cases when you walk in 4 items, that was completely empty, & filthy. The name of this Grooming Salon is Completely False! I was expecting 2 bring my Dog into a real Salon & Spa very fancy & comfortable. Absolutely Not! Far from that as a matter of fact! The name of this so called Dog Salon should be... The Walker Dog Project Cuts & Trimmings... Btw, these ppl. are as sour as a bunch of War Head Candy... I Will Not be spending my money here again. 1⭐ bec., the Groomer did a decent job...

The only reason I gave one star is because I had to. They did a horrible cut on my puppy it is gapped up. His eyes were not cleaned & his face didn’t smell good at all. Not happy with my experience.
