There were no electric carts ans with a Bro knee cap I could not walk. I sat is a chair and water almost an hour while my friend shopped. First time I went to Walmart and didn't spend any money. Several carts were available at the other door and twice employees were going to get one. Neither of them came back. I would have spent at least $100 but it. .nor I was important that day. Will not go backto Pine Bluff store any time soon.

Love walmart but this one u better hope the employees don't have friends visiting them while they working cause u want get help. I left and went to lowes and bought all my yard needs love the riding mower I got ..thank u lowes!

Very small Walmart, but they have a lot of merchandise on hand. One of the last Walmarts that employees have to check you out still~ No self checkout lines and that's the way it should be.

I call this Walmart, "The Walmart Time Forgot". I find some really good bargins in this store. However, it is not a "true" Super store. The grocery selections are limited, the store feels crowded even when it isn't very busy. Getting help is difficult, especially in sporting goods. Will be back.

This wal-mart is always clean. And the employees are always helpful and Courteous. They are very professional. Very Good atmosphere when i'm in this store. All the employees are VERY Nice and business like....Most of All...VERY PROFESSIONAL.

It's not supercenter so it has limited stock.For basic items, it'll do.Found some clothes on clearance for my kids that other Walmart don't have marked down so yay!

Woman working at service desk refused to check me out because she said her bags were not large enough to to bag my purchase. She was not doing anything but she checked out 2 are 3 customer's after another cashier told me she would like to check me out. The service desk cashier's 2 are 3 that she checked out was less than 20.00 to bucks combine. My total was almost $ 550.00 l don't understand why W.M.home office has let Vivian W.M store go down hill.l read Sam Walton's book twice and if he were still here l just think our store would not go down hill like it has. He was a great man!! (YOU GOT ANY MORE QUESTIONS FOR ME????

Love the service provided by the Pharmacy staff. The store needs to be featured on Under Cover Boss. The manager don't greet customers, & neither do a lot of the employees. Talking on cellphones & talking to friends is more important than the customers. A few even think they own the store. I prefer goi g to the Atlanta store, but stop here for some items. There are some dedicated employees that I applaud👏👏

Will not honor there return policy.Went to return a battery for a smaller I need they said can't do that so I tried to get the money back on the battery that I didn't need and they said that they can't do that either.So I stuck with a battery I didn't need are want.

A small family store this store carries a wide condensed stock. Best thing they call you by name as you walk in the store. It's like stepping back in time to the 5 and dime. Iv shopped there 10 years and Never been dissatisfied. Well done Walmart.
