My family and I went to sonic today. We spent over 50 dollar. First thing the order was wrong. To keep from causing problems we decided to just keep the two extra burgers they thought we ordered. My daughter and I had the steak and bacon grilled cheese. I wish y'all knew how shocked I was to see the meat on it. It was one thin slice about the thickness of a floured tortilla. One. Not two. One. It was so small it didn't even cover the bread. So yes we were very disappointed.Malena

Pretty disappointed. I pull up to a stall. There was about 3 cars in the drive-thru. I push the button to place my order. As I wait, three cars pick up their orders. I push the button again. As I wait, two more cars pick up their orders.Eleven minutes later, no one took my order. I left the stall and got into the drive-thru line. 4 minutes later, I got my order and left.If the order crew aren't going to take the orders from the stalls until all of the drive-thru people are served, there should be a sign "You don't matter. You will be served when we get around to it."In the drive-thru, the employee was courteous and efficient. The food was up to Sonic's usual good standards.

Service is horrible. Workers would rather stand outside talking than make the order I put in. I sat waiting for over 40 minutes only for them to tell me they didn't even start making it worst place to eat in the arklatex!!!

UPDATE: Wish I had more stars to take away.... At 0812 hrs CDT, 10/03/22, I got the "Response" asking me to contact to provide specific details, et al. I called... obviously a foreign call center. Lady tried to make me go through every friggin' detail AGAIN. Refused to just read the review and THEN ask SPECIFIC questions.No one has time to waste like that or the desire to relive the trauma of being poisoned by this place. READ THE FRICKEN' REVIEWS!!! Sonic, you used to "Secret Shop" all stores.... you should start that back up.BTW, on the store.... It is in terrible shape... all kinds of torn up, broken, UN-serviceable equipment, run down, and some dude was still putting up his pressure washing gear behind me while I am IN the drive-thru..... at like 0900 hrs.$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$Worst Sonic at which I have eaten.... EVER.EVERYONE in that place should be fired.I ordered a SuperSonic breakfast Burrito and the gave me something with partially cooked eggs, hunks of NOT cooked enough sausage....And the burrito and a drink cost $8.21.... utterly insane, especially for the wrong food that was inedible.I took two bites, threw it away and almost threw up. I was sicker than a dog within an hour and stayed that way for almost 25 hours.They poisoned me.And the person at the drive-through window was just plain rude.

I went there to get food. Pulled up, pushed the button to order. They said they be right with us. They turned off the light and took someone else order that pulled in after us. So I pushed the button again and they just shut off the light. They didn't even say anything to us the second time. The is not what you do to customers. I will never go back there again ever.

Usually we eat there every week..me. my son. And his girlfriend. And is always good.. today was bad..the tea was unsweet..suppose to be sweet. Tastes like water, sort of except it was brown. Like ice melted and they just filled back up with ice..the dmcb tasted...strange..so..maybe not next week huh? Manager must be on vacation

Rude.I sent my son to purchase a bag of ice. He said they were out. I asked why and he said that’s only what they told him.I called Sonic asking why.They don’t have bags for ice until Monday, but I didn’t know that until I called twice and asked to speak to a manager. He explained it.The girl who answered the phone the first time HUNG UP ON ME.TERRIBLE Customer service.

They really work hard . They are in need of ppl. to work ,but they get stuff done. This Sonic see alot of traffic from the surrounding area.The ppl that work there always have a smile . I still rather go to this Sonic rather the other on down the road. Because of the way they treat their customers....

The Vivian sonic location will, from now on, be a last choice for us. This location at 2:30 pm was not busy or crowded with customer. The time it took for them to answer the service button was excessively long. The order was filled and brought to me in a short time. When opening the order it was a mess and falling apart. Sonic is handy for a quick bite to eat. I like their drive through as I am in and out pretty quickly. They really have good Sweet Tea and their Cream Pie Shakes are great. The rest of their menu gives many different choices so if you have a hungry bunch of picky eaters they will have a good variety to choose from.

Quick service, friendly staff, and 99 percent of the time the order is correct. It is very busy here after football and basketball games during the school year. The order I got today for people at home was fresh and hot.

Best Sonic on the planet. Literally never had a bad experience, been here dozens of times. Even at their worst, the staff is apologetic, accommodating, and fast.Anyone whining in these negative reviews of this location should go visit the Sonic on Kings & Youree in Shreveport for perspective on "bad Sonic experiences."

This sonic needs repairs to speakers and maybe even card readers. We had to leave to get cash from making a sale at walmart. And when we were placing our order the server could not hear me. The servers were friendly and the food good. It was just an equipment problem.

I used to be a loyal customer here but today I will never come back push the button twice and sat for 1 hour people who come after me get their food delivered and I didn't even get a voice say hello would you like to take an order I was completely ignored so you lost my business. Then I call management and tell them what happened. Just maybe button didnt work sorry. Taking up someones time and having them feel insulted with no, well we can give a coupon or a free drink or anything. I come all the time, spend a butt load here. But maybe I'll just make my own burgers, cheaper anyways. Peace. And bless the free market.

The morning staff and lunch service is wonderful. The night crew is very different.. Longer wait times and staff seems very immature at times. Overall the managers are great. Shaniqua in the morning is one of the best employees around.

Ordered 2 meals. The tea tastes rank. I have left tea on the counter for 3days and it didn't tastes this old!! Didnt get gravy with my tender meal. Didnt get asked if I wanted sauce or ketchup. The attitude of the workers was . Whatever. Didnt want to ask for replacement drinks. Didnt want them irritated. Also onion was supposed to not been my husband's burger but it had some.

Tried the new Chili Cheese Rap and the Pretzel Twists. The Chili Cheese Rap was really good and the Pretzel Twist was good too but I didn't care for the cheese sauce that comes with it. The car hop was very friendly and it didn't take but a few minutes yo get my order.

If I could leave no stars I would this place sucks the dont have anything working then the lady taking our order was talking SO FAST u couldn't understand nothing she was saying then she told us to pull around to the 1st window and we wuznt even in the drive thru we r at the order station 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

This sonic was very poor is quality. The vegetables on steak sandwich was wilted. The tots w chili was over heated making them too dry stuck to tray. The pretzel was well it hadn't risen, so flat thick sort of hard but it did eat ok . Service... carbon gave food ... left . ... nothing said ... uhh ok... I do not recommend eating here.
