Don't know what happened here this was one of my favorite loves . They don't have Bluetooth in stock they don't know how to print a receipt from earlier in the day even with my loves card . Service people even say it them self. Don't know nothing just zombies. No good greadings no one at fuel desk waited and waited just left. Gave it to because EXCELLENT SHOWER SERVICE shower cleaners are 💯.

First pulled into this loves around 3:30pm needed maintenance done. Just an oil change. Was told it was about a two hour wait time. That was fine and seemed about right because they were busy. Truck was put in the shop around the time they said but did not end up leaving until about 10pm. The oil change took forever. You could tell the tech working on the truck was new or not very mechanically inclined. He spilled diesel everywhere changing the fuel filters. Cracked fuel housing because they didn’t have the correct tool. When changing the fuel filter he did not fill housing so air was getting sucked in. The manager was a blessing with his patience and getting our truck sorted out but could certainly use some more mechanically inclined people. Chapter two- Showers were horrible. The first shower we went into was clearly not cleaned because we found a dirty razor still in shower and the toilet was leaking (shower 1) we were then assigned to (shower 2) after requesting a new one. This one didn’t seem to be cleaned either since there was a dirty wash cloth left in the shower and was COVERED in black mold which worries me the most. Overall this was not a great experience. We are consistent loves customers and remain loyal to stopping at loves on every load we take. Hopefully this review reached the correct people to get this loves the help it needs.

Thank you MR. KENNEDY for the welcoming service. Clean restrooms are such a blessing. The detail in the restroom gives it an oasis type feel. There are so many food gift and drink options. Showers and two ATMs are also available

If you get the Love's rewards club card, or you are a pro driver with the Love's Rewards card, you save 10 cents/ gallon of fuel. Every little bit helps with the horrible Biden economy. Vote better next time.

Veronica was so very nice and professional. I had problems printing a BOL and she took care of it immediately. So very nice and cute. Also Lester sold me a Love's cup that is going to save me money on drinks and coffee. Thanks Love's 362! Wonderful products and services, fantastic prices and outstanding service. That's what Love's 362 means to me

This is a truck stop about 30 miles east of Beaumont near I10. They have showers, restrooms, dog park, gas stations and supermarket with novelty items. Inside is clean. The staff are friendly. Will stop by next time when on road trip.

Use their app for an extra .10 cents off per gallon of gas! Clean restrooms, nice variety of quick serve food and snacks, always fresh coffee and hot water for tea. Friendly staff. Place is busy but service is quick.

Used to be a nice stop had to go to 3 different showers all were dirty had hair all over the walls soap still in the shower towels hanging in the shower it was a mess the day/evening was decent it was a woman with red hair cleaning but the late night early morning was a bust which is interesting because it’s not that many people showering at 4am

We are full time RVers that almost exclusively overnight at Loves all over the country.This morning was hands down the worst encounter I've ever had at any Loves.I'm awakened at 4:30 am to someone blasting their crazy music about 15 feet away from my trailer. Ok, ok, I know it's a parking lot and customers do this all the time. I peeped out my window and was astonished to find that it was a Loves truck with swirling lights blasting that music. Remember, it's 4:30am!So, I called inside to complain. The person who answered the phone said, "Ahight, I'll check it out. "10 minutes later....I come out of my rig, yelling to overcome the loud music."There are people trying to sleep out here!" He came back with, "I'm trying to work out here!"I asked him his name. He said, "Brett, BRETT. Get it right!"I then went inside to find a manager. The young man I approached said the He was the shift leader (Fabian). I told him I had called to complain about the loud music. He said, "Yeah, I looked outside and didn't see anybody. " ARE YOU KIDDING (it's dark, lights swirling, music blading).I told him, "Because of your inaction, Brett and I are about to throw down in the parking lot. We will take our trailer down the road to spend the $100 plus at another location. I've never had trouble like this at another Loves.

I came here looking to put gas on my way to Houston on 10/27/23. Luckily, the cashier at the time told me that the pumps were shut down so that I could put my gas elsewhere without wasting my money. I still bought a diet Pepsi, though. Good looking out.

Please teach her employees the difference between a caution zone and a fire zone. Four of your employees gave me trouble for parking in a striped yellow area for approximately two minutes while I went into the bathroom. Meanwhile you have 12 trucks parked in fire zones along red curbs in your parking lot. Maybe your parking lot police should be better educated

DO NOT STOP HERE! Hands down the worst Love's I have ever been to. I hope someone from the franchise sees what's going on here. BATHROOMS were disgusting, urinals are out of order. Store not stocked, empty shelves, and long lines. Gas pumps had broken security tape at multiple pumps. Zero pressure at the pumps. (10 minutes for 2 gallons).

We travel coast-to-coast and Loves is never our go-to for pit stops because the bathrooms are usually dirty. This Loves however, is the exception! We travel this section of I10 frequently going to our other house along the coast and will remember this clean location. We even heard one of the clerks tell some trucker “don’t you dare go in and mess up that nice, clean bathroom”. I was so happy to hear that!
