Thank you a wonderful shopping experience!I will not lie, but I normally (mostly out of force of habit and knowing the layout) go to the other "Dollar" store in town. When I arrived at that store at 8:00 p.m. tonight, Saturday, May 2, 2022, to my shock and surprise they were CLOSED! I attached a photo I took of the notice posted on the other "Dollar" store's door. They closed at 6:00 p.m.I was impressed with the cleanliness of Family Dollar, the wide isles, and the very friendly staff. The prices are comparable to the other store, on most items that I noticed. I'm not sure if they have a deal with the Coca-Cola company, but the other "Dollar" store has the 6-pack, 16.9L Cokes for 3 for $11, must buy three. Other than that everything was easily findable, very clean store, the shelves were stocked and nicely organized, and again your staff is very friendly.I tried to download the Family Dollar app while I was in the store but it was just too so because of my phone service. But I will certainly download it now!I appreciate and respect an employee who works in customer service and takes the time to make EYE CONTACT while conversing with you, to make sure that you found everything that you were looking for, wishes you a great day/night, AND SAYS THANK YOU as you leave!I promise that I am not a friend or a family member of either of the employees that I came across today at your store! I knew one of the girl's mother back in the day.REMINDER:The photo attached is the notice posted at the OTHER "DOLLAR" STORE! The photo was taken by me, at around 8:05 PM on Saturday, March 2, 2022.THIS WAS NOT POSTED AT THIS FAMILY DOLLAR!!

service is bad and you can forget them ever answering the phone. customer service is not a priority here. very displeased and im pretty easy to get along with

Clean. Organized. What I was shopping for was pretty easy to locate. Staff was helpful and friendly. No complaints. Great service.

I really like shopping but I would really love it if a cashier would come to the register a little quicker . Because sometimes theres a line of people but no cashier....

Prices are fair and most, but not all, of the employees are friendly. It's a great stop for the things I can't get at the convenience stores here in the town of Vinton.

It wasn't clean and didn't have any bathrooms. I have never been to a Family Dollor that didn't have a bathroom.
