I had an unpleasant experience at this place. The wait time was excessive, despite a minimal crowd. The customer service was lacking as I had to remind them thrice to take my order. Even when they finally did, the cashier charged me $13 for the 2 for $7 Classic Beef & Cheddar, insisting I ordered something else. Save yourself the frustration and consider other options. 😕

I wouldn't know about the food. Drove 6 extra miles to get the Arby's coz I wanted fish. Stood at the counter, to read the menu coz you don't make it easy to read from 30 feet back. Anyway at about 7:50 PM on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 Cashier Layken (sp?) completely ignored me and took the order of the lady behind me, like I didn't exist. I am not large, but I am not a small person. I felt discriminated.

Everything here sucks. There lazy, don't keep the store clean. Not everyone supports pride. I do not recommend this place. I think Arby's needs to experience what it's like to be Bud light and Target. This Arby's is located at a truck-stop called loves. I-10 exit 7 in Louisiana. As far as a recommendation from the response all it does is fall on deaf ears.

Extremely Disappointing ExperienceI recently had a rather disheartening experience at Arby's in Vinton, Louisiana, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. The overall professionalism of both the management and staff left much to be desired.Firstly, I observed what appeared to be a disregard for health codes. It's disconcerting when basic standards are overlooked, and it made me question the overall hygiene and cleanliness of the establishment.Moreover, the service was exceptionally slow, seemingly due to what appeared to be a lack of motivation and diligence among the staff. Waiting extensively for my order raised concerns about the work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction.The most disconcerting incident occurred when I was charged for a complete order, only to receive a partial delivery. Upon returning to the store to retrieve the missing items, I was met with a surprisingly negative attitude. The staff's response was not only unprofessional but also disheartening, as I was made to feel unwelcome for expecting to receive what I had paid for.To add insult to injury, when the missing items were finally handed over, they were thrown into a cup with laughter and mockery from the staff. This lack of courtesy and respect is unacceptable and goes against the basic principles of customer service.I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement. I believe that every customer deserves a positive experience, and I hope that the management takes steps to address these issues promptly.Dietary restrictions: I think the best dietary restriction I could recommend is to avoid

FOOD WAS OLD & COLD. I ordered extra tomatoes on 2 fish sandwiches. I was clearly charged for it, but didn't get it (that's STEALING). The fries were over-cooked, old and cold. The fish tasted like it came out of the grease yesterday. The lettuce was nowhere near fresh. And I had a teaspoon of tardar sauce on my fish. I kept an open mind and took a bite... no flavor. I thought I had Covid until I realized the fish just lacked seasoning. My water had more flavor, and I can't accredit that to Arby's since I walked in with the water. I know Arby's can do better, but I'm gonna eat somewhere else for a while. At least the place was nice and clean and had a pretty manager (Ms. Hawkins)... maybe she should've been the cook. 2 terrible stars.

Very unsanitized very unsafe all I'm going to say is like the commercial sau where's the meat where's the meat there's not enough meat on these sandwiches and then had a very nasty attitude about the meat employees don't appear to wash hands saying outside and smokes several cigarettes

I have eaten at many Arby's and a few others were in a Love's station and never had a bad thing to say about them but this one must have been serving old outdated food. The taste, color & texture of the roast beef was way off, the kids nuggets were like rubber and my wife's turkey something sandwich had old withered vegetables and dark meat looking turkey. We tossed the food and drove a little further down to eat. Also issues with the Sprite & Sweet Tea

Turkey and SWISS sandwich with cheddar instead of swiss... with side of Mac n Cheese in a cup. No serving container. SMH... 12/28/21 No change what so ever.No mac n cheese.No bread for either dip sandwich. Plus sandwich maker cleaned her station but never washed hands and on top assembled my sandwich with only one glove, on right hand. SMH Arby's

I am a trucker and I came down to eat here as always on my route I asked for curly fries I was giving wavy fries I asked for Mac n cheese it was not cooked well not ready to be served I asked for burger my burger was so hot the bun the cheese was melted and the burger was so hot , I can only say it was microwaved . The wait in line amd the money is not worh , please do better, I don't want to pay for microwaved burger I could have bought it frozen and cook in my truck cheaper

Our two daughters and us stopped at your store #7954 on our way to our grandsons Ft. Jackson graduation on 11/29/2022 at 12:11pm.. There was a little bit of a line there, but things were moving well. The two ladies working the front were TOTALLY in control and were very much in unison together. We got up to the counter and ordered our food. We received our order in a short amount of time and everything was delicious! We were treated, like every other customer before us, with total professionalism and courtesy ; even asking us if we needed any sauces or anything else. We are residing in Texas now, but are formally from Indiana and We can tell you that we have never, in ANY fast food restaurant, had such a wonderful experience!!! We have to give a shout out to Sarah and Mona working the front of store, as well as the crew in back. These two ladies have set the bar really high for all others to live up to. Anything you can do to uplift these two for their superiority would be very much deserved, and appreciated!!! Keep up the excellent job ladies and GOD bless. Mike and Cindy

I have to say that it was the customer service that i received was the best part of my visit this day. The young guy working the front was extremely polite and had a great attitude not just with me but everyone that ordered while i sat there and ate. There was also a woman i think was the shift leader was polite and also made sure i had everything and if i needed anything to let her know. I stop at several Love's travel centers every week all over the country bc im a Hotshot driver. Ive had both good and bad experiences but this one i will remember. The food was decent and seem to be fresh. The only reason i gave 4 stars and not 5 was bc the condiment pumps with the sauces were out of Arby's, horse radish, honey mustard sauces. Ketchup and spicy hot was the only ones putting out.

Can to Arby’s and as soon as we walked in no one greater us at all... then the cashier waited on us was rude and we asked him not to have an attitude with us.. he said he didn’t have to be nice to us. Then he cussed and talked about us to his coworker... I won’t be coming back.. and I’ll be sure everyone I know knows how we were treated

The worst I have ever had. They don’t have slider buns, ranch or cheese sticks.. the roast beef sandwich looked and tasted days old and the chicken nuggets were also dried out and was beyond disgusting!!! Worst choice ever and a waste of money… shame on you Arby’s,GROSS!

Update:That's the point of Google Maps reviews, to say your experience, why go to another platform & explain the bad experience. So you can try & fail to improve your restaurant, "NO THANKS" you don't deserve anymore of my time, already wasted time going into this place. Would rather spend money in Love's!Nowadays there is no fast food, good customer service is a rare find & you won't find it here!

Got the 5 piece chicken strips combo, my partner got his 3 piece chicken strips, we got 8 raw chicken strips. So they remade our chicken strips, not the fries. They did not apologize and I got to eat cold fries with the new chicken strips. I liked Arby's till today, if I would have not been doing my reset, I would have gone on the road with raw chicken. Arby's, you need to check up on your managers n crew.
