This is one of the best Walmart’s I’ve seen in a long time! Very well kept up and clean. Even the clearance isle was organized! There were even actual cashiers working registers, and not just self checkout open! Bathrooms were also clean and smelled fresh.

The tradition store it's just it's employees and just don't seem like they want to do anything cash register ones they're all right but the ones that work around the store you can't get them to do anything I've asked for help in the jewelry section they need to just start getting a better workers if they're going to pay him that and they're not doing nothing and it's not really that clean

This wakmart is one of the worst most understocked walmart in the south and the employees oh lord where to start all they do is look at there phone and avoid customers its really frustrating and if you do get them to engage in conversation they act like your speaking a foreign language. It is a really sad

Their pick up is usually very good, but what really bothers me is when a certain section is supposed to be open till a certain time, but they decide to close it up early. I was told customer service counter was open till 9pm, I got there at 8:30 and a card is on the counter saying, this counter is closed for the evening. Wasted my time and my gas. This happens far to frequently.

Great choice of products and usually well stocked. Employees are about as worthless as you can get. Was left waiting for an hour for someone to unlock the electronics case. Lady told me to wait shed be right with me. She was standing behind the counter with no intentions on coming back and had to go find her 2 different times. Management was no better. And that's just one of the horrible experiences I've had there. As long as what you need isn't locked up and you don't need help with anything whatsoever you will have a pleasant experience because the floor plan allows you to walk around the store once and get everything you need.

If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. Rude and lazy workers in the front at the self-checkouts. You want $15 an hour but act like everyone is bothering you when they need YOU to do YOUR job. Sad. Literally hate Ville Platte Walmart and 95% of their rude and snobby “workers.” If I didn’t have to drive all the way to Opelousas for whatever I needed I wouldn’t even mess with this stupid store at all.

The poor leadership of management reflects the whole store. Most of the employees are rude, don't want to help customers and just don't want to work period. The only reason they have the business they do is because most of these people don't want to drive all the way to opelousas. Disgusting.

The door greeter was so helpful. He gave us directions and found someone to help us since we are not from Lafayette. Great guy! A true asset to this store!!

I was in and out. They had what I needed. Remodeling or improvement to bathrooms needs to hurry up and be completed. The outside portable bathrooms stinks.

I gave it 4 stars because of the employees. I really enjoy shopping here but the employees are RUDE RUDE RUDE! Great pet section. Clearance could be a little cheaper, eunice is better but ville platte is so much more convenient

Their staff were very helpful, the store was clean. They would have gotten a 5 but the cashier was very abrupt. i had a couple items that were marked down and I told her they were on Clearance and she said if I didn't want to pay reg price she was taking them off the bill. I am 77 yrs old and was tired I didn't understand why she couldn't have a price check but didn't offer it. Just paid and left.

There's 1000 things that I don't need, and the place is always out of what I go in for. There may be 1 register open only. The staff will try to herd you to self checkout. When asked for help I was basically ignored. The ladies checking the receipts can be very rude.

Never have I been disrespected like I have at this Walmart tonight grab a game that could be brought to the front and unlocked and the worker straight up told me wellYou’re gonna have to go to the back and idk who’s working there! Then after showing her the games she states” well that’s not what I thought you meant, you need to be more specific “

Folks were very friendly and helpful. I also liked the clearance isle so did my wife. We enjoy ourselves every time we go.
