Hands down the best Ace hardware location I’ve ever shopped at! They always have the best selection of in stock items and you won’t find a more helpful and friendly staff anywhere else. I mean, the second you walk in the door there’s someone ready to help find what you need or figure out where you need to go if they don’t have it. I will never shop at another Ace hardware unless I’m out of town and have no choice.

There are plenty of staff, and they are very helpful. When you walk in someone will approach you to see if you need help with anything. I rarely have had to wait in line to check out because there are usually 2 registers open.

Total co*k fest, but best place to go if you need anything regarding home improvement or tolls, etc. Friendliness is top priority there and so is making everyone feel important and helped to the best of their ability! Love them. Oh, and a shout out to the young guy who helped us find screws of the right length and when ringing in our total said 7.03 ( seven point zero three) instead of the usual $7.03 ( seven dollars and three cents) thanks dude your originality made me stop and think plus I love to be suprised and that was a high for my day. Great home style service with local people that know their business they have great management and their inventory is from A to Z the Ville Platte store fits all these above. The merchandise is good name brand you can find some of their items at large Dept. Stores but the quality is not good and you not sure if it will work take my advice and to Ace it nay be a little higher but the quality of the product is better and just tell them what trying to do and they will help you find everything you need so you have less return trips this makes it worth the slightly higher price
