The ladies who work here are always the top in class for being helpful if need and just being the friendlies faces you will see all week. The store is always clean and tidy and when you walk in there are clear sections of where you need to go to find what you need.We love coming here and getting new toys for our cat, and seeing the new fish and lizards in stock. They have everything you could possibly need for starting something new with a new pet from great food brands to the best in wellness and décor for things like tanks. This is the only place we go now for our cat.

Great place to go get pet food and treats. This Petsence had the most loving cats to adopt as well. All playful and purring like crazy. I have enough pets but if you needed one or just wanted to sit and play it was lots of fun. Go check them out.

Karlie at the Vidalia location, does a stellar job on grooming our labradoodle. When I made the appointment, I was told it would be three weeks before I could get our dog in for grooming. Apparently, Karlie is currently the only groomer working at this moment in time. To say that she has a full load everyday, I have always been greeted with an attentive smile and such a welcoming attitude.She does a great job on our dog. Today was only our second visit, but I hope TSC rewards and keeps her as she is our forever groomer.

Very exceptional customer service. Even was checked on frequently by the staff to ensure I was able to find everything. Very well knowledgeable about pets and their care. The dragons and geckos were a new sight for me and upon questioning staff was knowledgeable of what they needed for their care and eating routine. Even had supplies for them there as well!I even booked a grooming appointment! Even though I couldn't find my rabies they were kind enough to call and verify it was up to date! My pup came clean and smelling cuddly. Groomer is well knowledged as to what advice she gave me to help with odor from my pup.Couldn't ask for better service!

Love the retail side! Did not have a good first time experience with the groomer. Directions were not followed and my dogs hair is uneven and gapped….all over. Not too happy about it at all.

A bit pricey on some of their stuff but I guess that's what you pay for when there are no big brand stores in the area. They have a good selection but you'll probably pay a bit more for it than you would somewhere else.The one worker they had when I went was not knowledgeable about small animals at all. And I would expect them to know everything but you work at a pet store, I feel everyone should know some basics about proper care. They also spent the whole time having a conversation with a friend who came in about "some adoption thing this weekend with some random rescue" and some random other conversation. This comment stuck with me though because it seemed like they didn't even like animals with the way and tone they said it.

Love. Clean and friendly. Pets welcome. My puppy has been going in with me since she was 2 weeks old. They have helped every step of the way from milk to puppy food. They also have supplies for reptiles, turtles, and fish. They sell everything from treats to toys and carriers. You must visit.

They carry "World's Best Catlitter", which IS the world's best cat litter and a great selection of toys, accessories and food options for a wide variety of pets, not just cats and dogs. They also work with the Natchez animal shelter, so they can be a great place to meet a future furry family member.The staff has always been friendly and has known their stock so I've always received the help I need to find what I'm looking for.

We took our little York in for a bath and grooming. The woman who groomed our dog butchered our dogs hair, left it cut uneven and injured our dog. Our dog has cuts and razor burns on her chest, stomach and inside back leg. Don't take your pets here!! They are a terrible place and didn't take good care of our dog. I have pictures if anyone wants to see what they did to our dog.

Went to purchase frozen rat. Asked Macy if I could open the box. She said I was not allowed to. I told her I had a bad experience with purchasing frozen rats from petsense. I still was not allowed to check it out before I purchased.
