Drove here to this location from off the interstate we have a 6 hr trip, we pushed the red button NO ONE answered us. We waited and waited and a man with a headset was sitting at a bench by the front door on his phone. No one ever took our order we pulled out and left without ordering food. Sat for at least 5 mins. Ridiculous. Hope they shut this location down. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE GO HERE!!This was Saturday December 30, 2023 at 12:00pm.

Used the bathroom while I waited for food. DON’T repeat my mistake. Dead roaches and throw up in the bathroom. Old French fries rotting on the floor with flies everywhere. Absolutely disgusting. Will be filing complaint with headquarters and health dept.

Been working in Tallulah helping out a sick friend at the office and thought this place would be great for a quick lunch. I ordered through the app on 5/3, got there and checked in. Still waited over 15 minutes to be brought the wrong food. Watch them give 2 other customers wrong order. Got my food and drove back to the office to find the pretzel twist soaked in something (grease/butter ?) and no salt, no cheese sauce, and slim covered onions on top of my chili cheese tots. Tried Sonic again today 5/5 since Im back at this office. Ordered at the stall, paid at the stall, 10 minutes later screen shows my food was on the way and the screen cleared for a new order.... waited another 10 mins, no one came. Saw 4 different customers that ordered after me, get their food and leave. Pushed the button to be told "i'll be out". Very poor service, no care for the customers, and the place just looked disgusting. But my pretzel twist did come with a sauce today.... a cream cheese frosting... lovely...

Sonic has gone down drastically recently. They used to be one of the best places in town to grab a bite. Now, you're lucky if you can get everything you order within 45 minutes. I go back occasionally, just seeing if I could get the same quick service and good food that I did once before. Every time I return, I realize that I should have just gone somewhere else instead.Wait times are longer than they should be, even ordering ahead. Somehow, the food always comes out old and soggy anyway. They often forget at least 1 item that you order, so you'll have to stay longer if you want to get what you're paying for.All this said, the carhops seem to try their best and overall are very friendly. But if you want good service and good food while on the road, skip Sonic and head across town to one of the other fast food places.

make sure you taste your shake before you leave in tallulah la - a cheesecake oreo shake had the taste of rotten milk and no oreos - absolutely horrid - and sad - i couldn’t go back as i didn’t try it immediately and i had a deadline to meet. (i gave it 2 stars as the server was polite or i would have given it a zero)

Has good food, but it's the staff that makes or breaks a place & some of them don't do their jobs right. Gets order wrong or forgets your order, or were a order should go. You would think by them remodeling the place it would get better. It is on some shifts on other shifts it's horrible. I remember on time they gave me unsweet tea 3 times when I ask for sweet tea.

Tallulah sonic is the bomb. Always get my order correct and do not skip any steps on cooking it correctly either. They always pack your order correctly and give every item its own space unlike the Vicksburg sonics that both skip on correctly cooking your food and throw it all in one bag smashing everything to bits. If you want sonic take the time to go to Tallulah sonic and get reaL food you will not be let down by them. Their burgers are always warm and soft the drinks are clean and crisp. The packaging is over the top....lol now I want sonic

I love my Sonic till they get my order wrong. Not much I eat off the menu but still manage to mess up. But they do not fuss when you call they make it right. They are so good on fixing your order when you come back. Love my Sonic.

Review is for lack of service. Waited over 10min at the stall staring at screen message flashing that service was on the way. Four more cars pull up and they were waiting too. One driver got fed up and left. We ended up leaving too since we got no further notification that we would ever get any service. Went to other side of town to get lunch.

Depends on who is working if you get good service and good food. Waited over 30 min for an ice cream cone one day. Only about 6 cars there. Asked several times about it before they finally brought it out.

They are too slow, but that is to be understood with only one person carhopping. She did her best and that was sad that they left her like that. Knowing that it get busy in the morning and leave her stuck out like means you don't care about your workers. SAD!!!!

This Sonic in Tallulah does not care about their customers!! They don't make a real efforr to please us!! I use to eat at Sonic a lot before they started hiring incompetent workers! Here lately I've started going back & when they are cooked right I love their onion rings & chicken strips but they seem to be out of onion rings a lot & Im trying to understand why! Plus the food comes to me hard & not tasty at all!! Please send someone undercover in this Sonic so that you can see what Im talking about because you guys are losing customers!!!

I was the only person waiting but for fifteen minutes no one answered the call to take my order. I step back for and looked through the window at the employee's to just see two people standing around talking. I just left rather than confront anyone being fearful of what the will do to my food. I will not return to the Tallulah, La location.

Seemingly very incompetent people taking orders, taking 4 minutes to convey a listed item on the menu...nothing complicated...slow service, topped with a hair. Never again. Perhaps training and quality control could help?

Best Onion Rings, fresh and homemade. Just the right ratio of batter, to the size of the onions. The onions are crispy on the outside, that perfect crunch, and the tenderness of the onion on the inside. You talk about the best lemonade, the frozen lemonades are super doupperly outer bounds.
