I bought the Hitch-n-Ride Cargo Carrier. It came super quick and was easy to purchase, however, the unit arrived damaged (severaly dented vertical section of aluminum on the unit) and missing the stabilizer/support bars. I called the company and they sent me the missing parts the next day, no questions asked. VERY NICE FOLKS! I might suggest a better packaging method so that the box doesn't break as easy but it's not their fault. I blame UPS or whoever shipped it. It kinda bummed about the damage. I have to use it for an upcoming trip and there would be no time to file a claim or be shipped another one in time for the trip. It doesn't appear to bad enough to effect the structural integrity of the unit.
