This store needs help. The shelves are never stocked. The boxes are always in the aisle, barely room to pass through. Customer service is good though.

Yolanda is so RUDE she curses customer’s and employees out be sitting our money on the counter and tell us BYE , really need to management they have underage kids selling alcohol and the store is always messy. She stays on the phone while dealing with customers just so unprofessional. Walked in the store today she was threading an Employee telling him she was going to have him killed by her boyfriend . I don’t know the young man but he went on and exit the store then she proceed to get on the phone and called a family member telling the family member to go and beat the employee girlfriend up at where ever they was traveling, all while me and my young kids was sitting in the store ready to pay for our 6 items . We put our things back and left

They have all of their inventory still boxed up in every isle you can't even walk through the store there's always a pallet of products everywhere while they have nothing on the shelf I don't know if they expect someone to go through all the stuff that is all boxed up in the way.. I've waited for some weeks now to see if they was gonna have there things more organized but it seems like they are not going to restock the shelves. I think management should come have a look at all the fine work their employees are not doing

Never have anything out always have shipments blocking isles never put anything out its so bad it looks like the same shipment from months ago they never move and shelves are always empty

Well my shopping experience could have been better. A lot of the stock was not on the shelves. Empty shelves makes the customers take there business elsewhere. But check out time was great. Normally there are not enough cashiers to check out the customers.

Never have I ever been so compelled to leave such a review, let alone a negative one. This was not just the worst Dollar General I've ever been to, it was the worst STORE I've ever been to. I got less than half of the items I needed, the stock they did have was scattered all over the shelves, there was open items on the shelves, and the management seemed to not care one bit. I'll never ever come back here and I suggest anyone reading this never go either.

Service is getting better but the store is usually cluttered and dirty and I've had to wait on cashiers talking on their cell phone or texting or just talking to someone else in the store (worker or customer) before they get finished and decide to wait on me. The older ladies who work here are very nice and on top of things though....and even one of the younger guys who work here

The service is horrible, theres only one cash register open while the other two are supposedly stocking, But they look around and see the 1 register has customers lined up 8 people deep. You'd think they would open another register, but Nooo! Oftentimes I lay my things to the side and walk out.. And I know it's a courtesy to welcome customer to the store, but there's one cashier that literally hollows at customers WELCOME TO DOLLAR GENERAL. and when you go to cash out she talks so fast you don't know what the hell she's saying it make you feel more like you're inconvenient to her instead of a valued customer.

This is absolutely the worst dollar general. Any given time you can walk in and they have 10 or more people in line and one cashier. Maybe a manager that just sits in the office when they could be helping check out or clean the damn store you can't even walk through it. Needs to be restaffed. Fire em all and start over!!

Great place to shop when you dont want to be in walmart for 2 hours. Register layout seems kinda silly. The building isn't big enough for the amount of items inside leaving you crammed at the register.

I Love this store. Employees are fantastic. Im able to get everything I need without having to stop by walmart. But like any other store they run out of products. What I see is hard working people everytime I go in. Trying to get the products on the shelves as quick as possible. So people can stop complaining.

I Love this place because i had somewhere to watch the Super Bowl lol, and of course the fitness center is always clean. Also Anytime fitness is 24 hours and a great place to be.

I buy cards for sick and shut in and all Ladies to keep them encourage this great work I enjoy I'm a member of LADY PRAYER WARRIORS of the Church of Christ..prison sick and shut in Ministry I can count on dollar General for a variety of cards for all occasions

They have very nice cards,but when they put out their seasonal products, it's rather cluttered.Otherwise I enjoy the store.Good selection!!!

This is the dirtiest store I think I've ever been in. Why are all the boxes just left in the aisles unpacked? Is there a Regional Manager? How can a store be run like this? I don't understand how a business can operate like this?

Very good customer service provided in Newellton La.I spoke with Mrs .Demeteria very friendly and knowledgeable of the store products, also I had a chance to visit the Tallulah area very friendly and they offered very good customer service.
