This Sonic is never on par. The service is incredibly slow. The food is typical Sonic which to me is not great. The atmosphere is fine but the pull in spots could use some work... I want to like this spot because it's so close to where I work but it has never been a good experience for me... The one plus to this place is that the staff is very friendly which is probably the only reason I have been there more than once.

This was my favorite stop when I worked in Bastrop. Every morning of school for 5 years! Food was good. Young man delivering food was very nice. Took a bit to get my order, but it was hot! Ended up with a sweet tea rather than the Coke Zero I ordered. Will stop again next time I am that way and hope order is correct next time. It happens!

Recent experiences have been bad. From ordering a Chicken Slinger and it being undercooked, missing item(s) on order(s), to having to press the button 3 times with only 5 or so cars in the parking lot (not busy at all). This Sonic used to be our favorite by far but the last few months have been a complete change for the worse. Not sure what's going on, new management, different staff, or what but need to make changes asap. Experience is about the same lunch or dinner. If it continues we'll begin driving to Monroe - yes it's that bad.Check your bag to make sure you get everything and check your food to make sure it's fully cooked/ not cold.

Who doesn't like Sonic? This location in particular has been consistently dependable. Food orders are correct and come out quickly. Car hops are fast and friendly. They deserve a tip! And no, I don't know any of the employees personally. Strictly based on this customers experiences.

I love Sonic but this one was the worst one I ever been to. It was around 1:30 my burger patty wasn't hot cheese wasn't melted. I ask for light mayo & extra pickles I didn't get either. My drink didn't have any ice at all. The guy ask me would you like your receipt. I thought your receipt comes on the bag. No change was given which was cool because it would have been his tip. To some it all up I'm use to hot & fresh food from Sonic.

It's in rare form today. Due an extremely large amount of patrons our food was a lil in the timely department of being delivered. That was my only complaint. The food was on point as always. Fresh and hot with a friendly smiling host.

Quick service, food always hot. It is surrounded by a convenient store beside it. The entrance is at a red light, but there is two entrances. Three car hop lanes and a drive threw. Deals everyday good customer service and better managers. I do visit on the regular, truthfully I'm going there now!!!

We tried to order on line but it said we could not order on line at the Sterington store. When i ordered at the store i repeated twiceb and they still did not get our burger orders right. Plus the fries were cold. We had over a 40 dollar order.

This is my favorite Sonic location in 50 mile radius. About 98% of the time there are no issues when I receive my orders. The staff have been friendly and helpful when I do have an issue.

It took true patience to get all our drink orders just right. (I ride w/ some picky people. Lol) I'm not sure of the guy's name but he did a very good job. Always good service here.

The level of service was terrible this weekend. Took 3 minutes to answer the button, then took 22 minutes to bring out a large limeade and a shake. When I checked on order, after 20 minutes, they finally brought it out and said one of there skilled employees had scanned the ticket and then left without delivering. Tried to grab something there Saturdaytried to grab something after a baseball game last night and could not get any one to answer. Who owns this sonic, apparently they were on vacation.

It seems that very few employees can actually get an order correct. Then the car hops tend to want to keep your odd change especially if it's a nickel or less. I get it that most are students but really. How difficult is it to get an order correct when you repeat it. As far as them keeping my change. I now use only exact change which I get funny looks when I do or I use my card.

The food is like any other Sonic but about 80% of the time I get something from here, food or just drink by either going there or ordering from the app my order is usually wrong. I ALWAYS check my order before I leave. One time I ordered a large unsweet tea with 4 packs of splenda, 1st time out it was sweet with no splenda, 2nd time it was still sweet with equal, 3rd was unsweet with no splenda and FINALLY on the 4th try I got some splenda.

The food was decent but their service was not very good. They got 4 or 5 things wrong on our order and of course they fixed it but they seemed put out by us asking for them to fix it.

Went tonight and as I sat at the stall . No answer because they closed early and lights were on . After I got someone's attention because he was hanging out with his friends and the girls were cleaning inside. I was then told they closed early because they had been slow.
