I've been here twice and I will visit again when I'm in the area. Frozen Custard is awesome plus Eskamoe's offers several other dishes. They have a double drive thru which would be handy during busy times. Outdoor seating looks inviting but I haven't tried it.Kid-friendliness: Several kid friendly menu options.

The custard is very tasty. But the price is expensive. Especially on the blended concrete. The large size is almost kiddie sized, with a super adult price. The cones price ridiculous on either style. But overall it taste good, but the Price is all the way up! Smdh.

It was the worst experience I've ever had in all the years I've eaten frozen treats there. First of all the girl who waited on me was either so inexperienced she didn't know how to act or she was the rudest. People I have ever encountered. She gave me what was supposed to be stuffed cotton candy shaved ice. What she serve me was. A Big clump of hard ice that I had to throw away. Enedible

My favorite custard in the Monroe area. Get the vanilla and add caramel. You won't regret it. They also have one for puppy's with a small scoop and 2 dog treats. Great service!

We ordered four items I noticed one didn’t look correct so I asked the person at the window and he assured me it was correct. Once I arrived home and could look closely it actually was incorrect. So I drove back asked that they make it correctly as well as mine since it was melted due to the fact I had to return because of their error. I was rudely told no they would not remake mine as well even though it was their mistake. It was some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This is the north 165 location. I will not visit this location again.

I do not visit this establishment often due do having issues with my order in the past. I decided to try again this evening. I was disappointed again when I got home and the banana pudding concrete I ordered had no bananas in it. It was just vanilla with vanilla wafers and whipped cream. Do not think I will be back.

We stopped at the Sterlington location to get my son a Trash-Can Sundae... I asked the young lady was this the one for kids, she smarted off a bit. When she brought the sundae it was only ice cream & whip cream. I didn't wanna upset my son so I just drove off!!

We love Eskamoe's! When you got to have ice cream, full fat ice cream with real pecans and fresh fruit is the only way to go. People are so nice and helpful at the Sterlington Eskamoe's. One day asked if they could take the hot fudge my spouse can't eat and put on my dish, and they did! Plus they gave my spouse extra fruit. Whenever we have company we do an Eskamoe's run. When we return there is 30 minutes of quiet while they are chowing down. Except for some cave man & woman grunting sounds.

Frozen custard, hot pretzels, shaved ice, chili dogs, nachos, and even pup treats! Great drive thru treats. Service is a bit slow but well worth it!

Went here twice, will not go back. First time got nachos and the chips were stale and chili was nasty. Second time got frito pie, again, stale chips and nasty chili. Not at all worth the price, but the staff was at least friendly

My wife and I stopped with some friends to get ice cream on the way back to Bastrop Louisiana. After the order came out the window the custard cone that our friend got fell off right in her lap. The girl serving us was so kind she provided her with another custard cone and a bowl to put the other one in. Did not charge us for the extra ice cream and both the custard cone and mslt were fantastic. We highly recommend this is a small Frozen ice cream stand as a definite place to stop if you're traveling between Bastrop and Monroe.

Well to be honest it wasn't very good at all.It was the Sterlington location . I ordered a Blackberry snowcone . they got the flavor wrong and it was a big ball of ice i could not eat it .

This is the second time I have been to the Sterlington location in a one month period I've been here and they're "out of ice cream". Isn't this an ice cream shop? I just don't understand how that's possible. Just drive to Monroe or go to sonic.
