Have been to this Walmart every time we deliver to Sarepta. We just restock. The staff at this particular Walmart is unusual for Walmart in the fact that they have ALWAYS been friendly and helpful. Thank you. So many Walmarts have staffing that are so VERY unfriendly, argumentative, rude, etc. Bloomington, Illinois, Walmart...was trying to explain a reason for a return. We had two identical items. Both needing returning. Due to a computer thing the receipt for each must scan as the one returned. Long story short, he scanned the wrong one, refused to look at the other or return my receipt so I could return the other item. In the middle of trying to explain, and in a kind voice mind you, he wheeled his chair (electric wheelchair) away, around the corner and out of sight as I was talking, never to come back. The lady assistant manager was nearly the same.So THANK YOU sarepta( Springhill) , Louisiana Walmart workers. You are appreciated 👍👍👍

This Super Walmart is always clean and organized and has the nicest employees! The lines are never too long and bags are always stocked…y’all know what I mean!!! They have clean restrooms too! It’s a bit of a drive for me but they carry some harder to find things that I like to buy so it’s worth the drive!

What can I say about this staff, it’s either they go out of their way to help you or they don’t care and tell you to find it yourself. I’ve come across both of these people. Get a hold of your good employees and tell the others to go.

Not the best super center I've been to. It's also hard to find someone who works there if you need help. Can shop and scan my items with my phone and pay for my purchases on my phone and skip the register all together. This location is getting a big make over next February

They keep raising prices. If we boycott Walmart until they go out of business and then threaten others with a boycott then they would all lower their prices. We could name the it The Citizens Movement.

I'm using curbside pickup. Although they seem to be new at doing this, they're very nice and when you call for instructions they're clear and pretty quick. Although you will have to call for instructions because the parking spaces for curbside pickup are either non-existent or very hard to spot. Overall a nice group working here.

I have very particular, diet requirements. I need low sugar and certain grains- free items. I mostly need to leave these grains and their ingredients out of my diet; barley, rye, triticale, and wheat. There are some breads, (gluten-free) although even though all grains, even 1s I can eat, corn, oats, rice, ( uncontaminated by the grains I have very little to none of) also have gluten, even though these don't bother me. I have found bread, some cookies, some mixes that I can have, here.

Today I got my 2nd booster shot and Tdap shot. 50 years old, breast cancer free, I give God all the honor and praise and prayers for others. Thankful for my medicine from Wal-Mart Pharmacy very nice people all over the store. Get your shots stay safe. This land is healing but some still here. Be safe til gone away totally. Enjoy each blessing day and night.

Their checkers/clerks need more training. I've never been to a store where the clerks up front totally screw up transactions. I've had them lock up my card, my daughter has had her WIC locked due to a clerk not listening and continuing to scan when advised not too. I've been given the wrong amount of change for cash transactions. I'd advise going to another wal mart.

I use their outside pick up quite often. They are quick to respond once I sign into the app and I've never had an issue with any order I've placed with them.

Location okay. Handicap accessible. Layout of the store is different from other Walmarts, so you may have to look hard for what you need. Didn't have a lot of meat available in which we went around 1pm. Restrooms are available. You have to wear masks. Pharmacy has the Moderna vaccination available. All associates that I spoke to had smiles on their faces which was awesome.Hours are 6am-11pm.

If I could give a negative star I would, I came last night with some family. We traveled all day from Alabama and they came from Illinois so that we can pay respects to our terminally ill uncle. We literally arrived to the Walmart @ 9:55pm as they were locking the front doors. Those traveling with me got in @ 9:56pm and the guy at the door didn't want to let them in just to grab a few quick items, but they got in the open exit door. It took me longer to get to the door as I'm currently disabled from a back injury. As I made my way to the door @9:59pm and the guy or "door keeper" said "We're closed". I asked him if I could just use the bathroom as my group was still in the store along with some other 10-20 people still casually shopping. He just gave me a careless blank stare and restated "We're closed!". I didn't push the issue, I just waited for my group as they walked out @10:01pm. I hope as and pray he never has to experience the pain that the pressure of a full bladder adds to the spinal nerves and to have someone to look at you walking on a cane not knowing your circumstances but to not care enough to try and help. I don't guess one can be trained to care, you have to be raised to care.

There are some really friendly and helpful employees at this location, while some of the employees need to be trained on things that they should know how to do working positions like the service desk. It's inconvenient when the only person in the store that knows how to do something is the assistant manager but she is on lunch break for another 15-30 mins.

They always have what you need and if they don't when you order it they get it for you quick! Just today I picked up a tub for my infant and they were very quick to help me and get it for me from the back area. Just wish they stayed open later than 10pm.

Saturday noon right before a big holiday... 2 cashiers working! One regular line and the other for 10 items or less! Ridiculous! I have been shopping there nearly weekly since they opened and rarely does the cashier even make eye contact let alone speak or smile. I'm on a limited income and like that I can get most of what I need here, but a couple more experiences like today and I'm finding another option!

This store is deleting more and more items. I have to shop all over town, which is a good thing for the dollar stores! Last 3 visits there are only 2 checkers open. The employees are getting surly. Maybe need new management?

It’s Walmart, what is there to say - could go over all the things that are great, or give props to an outstanding helpful employee I dealt with, Cheryl, that was covering electronics the day I visited.But things of notice that need improvement not just at the super center in Springhill but at a few Walmart’s I have visited lately. The parking lots are in need of patching and a slurry coat. The parking lanes are really narrow and in need of striping. We had an elderly lady in need of the electric buggy, she made it from the parking lot to the front door before it began beeping incessantly because it needed charging. I am not sure where the helpful staff were hanging out in the food department, but we helped a couple find three food items that they were having difficulty finding.

It doesn't matter what WALMART you go to every body always has a attitude. Maybe they didn't sleep or someone made them mad at work an they pass it on. but that could happen in any store in the United States. God BLESS WALMART
