Wish I could give them 10 stars. My wife and I had to swap a tool box out this evening. The level of service we received was absolutely unbelievable. Right down to walking me outside with the new box, then walking back inside to swap 4 bolts I bought that were too long. I know it doesnt sound like much. But believe me the staff on duty tonight (12-23-19) all deserve a raise. I have always loved tractor supply and was very happy when they opened a store here. But after tonight I will be in more frequently. Thank you Tractor Supply!!!! You guys helped make our Christmas very Merry!!!

I bought a 16 ft gate at the Tyler Tractor Supply & the manager went up & beyond effort to have the gate delivered even though the delivery service said they would not deliver anything over 12 ft. It got delivered the next day & much thanks for letting the customer know thier business mattered.

There is wheelchair, free parking and the building is wheelchair accessible. The business is easy to locate from the road. The employees were courteous and knowledgeable about the store inventory. I was offered a customer membership in the Tractor Club and informed of future shopping opportunities.

We also have a good time when we come there. I always see some thing different and new. I just love the place. I stayed over a hour in there. Thank you. The workers are all very nice and helpful.

I was greeted as I walked in the door(that makes ya feel good no matter what kind of day your having) great selection, great prices and when you have a massive water leak on Sunday & Tractor Supply is open and have exactly what you need IN STOCK, well I will just say am a customer for life

Update!!! I give credit where credit is due!! I've gone in twice since I left my original review and let me just say that there is a complete change of respect and in treatment from samantha which makes a big difference to me since just today alone I spent upwards of 800 bucks. Thanks samantha. Let me first say that I am only leaving this review after several times of this specific employee's rudeness. Since I've moved to sarepta in may, I've spent thousands in this store. In the beginning everyone was so nice and still are but this one employee samantha. She never smiles, she never says thank you but just acts bothered by your presence. It would seriously cause me to stop going there all together.
