The store was easy to see from the street. It had free parking and handicap ramps. The aisles were easy to navigate and most of the products on the shelves were within arm reach.

Mitchell Mason , the grey shirt at Brookshire’s deserves a raise! Her customer service was TOP TIER! Listened well and made a joke out of my awkward request of bread lol , she made my shopping trip enjoyable and you need more employees with her drive, corkiness , and flow. Workers not very friendly too snooty acting one star for the store area! I give the deli area 5 stars they done a really awesome job on a birthday cake we had done. The lady in the deli was very nice and helpful while working on the cake for us.

Fantastic visit and the staff I encountered were awesome; I love good service. Very clean and good parking and safe. Only thing I did not love was I had to get a refund on some bad baked goods later that same day.

I love brookshires they have the freshest meats and the best baby back ribs with no after taste. Their quality of goods are at the top of the city. I shop at brookshires for my meats and they have yet to disappoint great job guys

Chip reader was broken. Could not use my card. Sales person just kept coming back with a declined message. I went to the ATM still inside the store and got out $200 with no problem. Know your equipment, and stop delighting in negative messages. By the way, the cake that I bought was only $28. Besides the card issue, there were a ton of flies in the deli area.

Love to shop there to get the card discounts.....but....I would love to see them get all-natural bacon. There are no choices for all natural in bacon....just sausage and some other things....but not bacon!!! So...I have to go elsewhere.

Once again I was disappointed with this store items not priced properly!!! The young woman I guess she was a manger was RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! I HAD TO SHOW YOU ITEMS THAT WERE MARKED ON SELL BUT YOU WORK HERE THEN TO ADD INJURY TO INSULT THE CASHER LAUGH AND SAID I NEVER SEEN SO MANY ITEMS THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO BE ON SALE AND THEY ARE RINGING UP REGULARLY PRICE!!! LOL I DIDN'T SEE ANYTHING FUNNY ABOUT IT!!! # DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER AGAIN
