Super friendly staff is the best part about this place. The vibe or feel is closer to that of a "mom and pop" owned convenient store than a large chain.The employees stock shelves faster than most other dollar general stores I have frequented in the past. Most stores are usually difficult to navigate with all of the stock on carts waiting to be put away.A big thing I like about this store is cleanliness. The floors are always swept and mopped clean. This especially goes for the restroom.I actually drive 2 miles further to shop at this location. Great staff sometimes go unacknowledged. In this case, the employees influence my decision to shop here. Thank you for your professionalism and work ethic. It is not unnoticed.

Employees are always so friendly and helpful. Very down to Earth ladies working here.I just discovered they have FEDEX drop off located here. Very fast and convenient and prevented me from having to drive to Hammond or BR.

Very friendly store. They seem to always have the one thing we need. 3 miles vs 17 miles to other shopping. Love it.

Clean store but people bought cigarettes and was not asked for an ID and employee seemed bothered to check people out. If you don't like a job or company leave there are to many people needing jobs.
