Everyone who works here is a pleasure to deal with. Service is friendly and helpful, the store is clean and there is a fairly good selection of a large variety of gardening/livestock/pet/apparel etc available. What they don't have in stock can easily be obtained through free site to store delivery and pickup.This is my preferred location for the needs of my chickens, dog and gardening supplies.

The employees are amazing here except Ashley who is the most unprofessional cashier I’ve ever encountered. She flirts with male customers (my husband included) and is extremely inappropriate.People come to tractor supply for a certain “down home” ambiance and she is NOT it.

Always fast,friendly and expedient service.I am a smaller woman buying large bags of feed and bales of hay.Employees are exceptionally helpful and will carry and load. Price is very expensive compared to local businesses yet they still seem to put them out of business? (Local provided the same service).I would rather support my old locally owned feed shops.Still a good experience.Price being my only gripe.Very large range of options for many different animals.This is a weekly stop.

Tractor Supply Co. in Slidell is always friendly and is there to help. Sometimes they might be out of things you need, but that is only because this Tractor Supply is busy as can be. Very disappointed with how rude the women are here. Called and was answered with an attitude, had no intention on helping and seemed to take out their bad mornings on the customers. Not the first time for me or other friends who shop here. Does not care for the livestock, the chicks are constantly sick and and dies whenever bought after a few days, especially the baby ducks. i’m not the only one who noticed that they are always neglected at this location in particular. Will never shop here again,& will be sure to let everyone i know about the horrible service that always abruptlybombards anyone who steps foot in here. I pray they change the staff because they are making the company as a whole look horrible,& this is after 2 months of being fed up.& This one skinny ,short wavy bolde hair guy is always making young ladies uncomfortable with his inappropriate stares. very skinny,& about 6, 6’1. look out for this location

Just recently opened. Store seem real nice and clean. The staff of associates were very friendly and helpful. Customers inside the store seemed to be enjoying themselves. They had a large selection of dog food and premium dog food at a good price. Also found good deals on many varieties of tools and power tools. This looks like a store I will vist on a regular basis and glad to have it in the community.

High quality dog food... 4 Health brand is top notch. Read the label and you will see it does not have any mystery ingredients and provides vital vitamins and minerals that a lot dog food does not have. Price is great and our dogs love it. We will be feeding our dogs 4 Health only from now on. And the staff here is always helpful and friendly too.

Managers and workers are just downright rude. And don’t bother asking for help, they just give you attitude. I’ll Definitely not be going there ever again. Take a few extra minutes and go to the TSC in picayune. They’re always both helpful and friendly. Polar opposite experience every time I’ve either called or been to this store.

Looked online for a small utility trailer to bring a piece of dark wood back to Oklahoma .. I found a 5x8 steel trailer with folding gate on sale. I called to put a hold on one for me, and Jake was a very kind, helpful gentleman in his making the sale with me. It did amazing loaded down on the rainy drive today!! Thank you sooo much!!

Really happy that this store was built so close to my home! The store has a large inventory for you whether you are running a farm or just need assistance for a backyard project. The dog wash has saved us so many headaches with washing our big dog ($9.99).

We stopped by tonight for a bit. It wasn't our first visit to the Slidell location. Never had bad service at any location. However; this location always makes you leave happy. We were greeted, offered assistance. A gentleman with "Cowboy" written on his smock checked in on us. Kudos to "Cowboy". He was cheerful and a really nice guy. I wish more places had employees like him. You truly saw he wanted to help however he could. Nice brief conversation but left us with a happy feelingHe gave us an update on some early Christmas Items we were doing an early check to see if they are out. He told us about when they would be putting them out. He showed us some of the items they did have on hand and where they were located. Looked at some of the clothing - had a nice variety of styles and various sizes. Having purchased clothing in the past everything they sold was great quality and good bang for the buck. The stuff really holds up. If I was in between stores I would choose the Slidell location above another based on customer service alone. I think people would be surprised if they had never visited a TS. They have quite the selection of items throughout the store.. Kudos to the Slidell Location

There is an associate by the name of BENJAMIN that works at the front register that is as RACISTS as they come. He will exchange pleasantries and greetings with every white customer he encounters, but will not acknowledge black customers to save his soul. I’ve watched him do it repeatedly every time I frequent the store. I’ve even recorded his interactions and they are as blatant as they come. Unfortunately, I could not upload the video here. He should be fired immediately for his lack of customer service but especially for making customers feel uncomfortable. It’s racism at its finest. I hope to share the video on other platforms soon with the hopes it goes viral so others can see what I’m saying. I will no longer spend my money at this store.

Today was my first visit. I was assisted by Cowboy and he was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The store is clean. They offer a wide variety of dog and cat food. Could use a better selection of toys...especially cat toys. If you have a need for hay for your small animals,this is the place to get it!! Its waaaayyyy cheaper and more cost effective than what you will find at major pet stores or walmart. There is no doubt I will be back time and again!

The dog wash station was fantastic! You can adjust the bottom according to height of the dog. A lady checked on us several times and was quite accommodating. We'll definitely go back!

Lots of stuff in the store. Staff is helpful, well half are. The other half won't acknowledge your presence - Sad. The one in Pearl is much more friendly and helpful, which is my store of choice when I really need to buy supplies.

I went to the store in Slidell, LA on Tuesday to look at a riding lawn mover right before they closed. I talked with a very nice guy there who was really helpful. He told me to come back when I have more time and he would let me test drive the zero turn i was interested in and that they have a trailer i could rent to get the mower home. Fast forward to this morning. My wife and went there this morning to test drive the mower and purchase it. We went inside and said that were were there to buy a mower and rent the trailer to bring it home. We were told that they do not rent the trailer right now and that we would have to have it delivered, at a substantial cost compared to renting the trailer, and no one could tell us when it would be delivered because the assistant manager was not at the store. They told me to come back or call the store later. Basically no help at all. Needless to say we left and went straight to Home Depot where they had the same mover for the same price and they had no problem renting me a trailer. Will never shop at this store again.

Great store! Matt and Alesha are awesome!! All the staff are very friendly and always accommodating! We came in tonight to buy two tires for our riding lawnmower and Matt helped my hubby quickly! Over the weekend Alesha helped us with a car trailer rental! Just wonderful having this tractor supply in Slidell!

I went to this place to buy a weeping willow tree (great price) and discovered that they have a self wash dog wash. I have 2 large dogs that I had been bathing with a hose. They have a above ground walk in tub and supply shampoo (4 different fragrances), Combs, brushes, nail clippers, blow dryers, and even clean towels. The price is worth it. I don't farm but they have a generous supply of farm equipment including live chicks and ducklings. Lynne was the first employee who greeted me and directed me to dog wash. All their employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Needless to say I'll be back and would encourage others to check them out for your farm and pet needs.

Love this new TSC. Staff is happy to help and the dog wash station is great. $10 and you have everything you need to wash, groom and dry your dog. Great for large dog owners.

I used the Pet Wash and I loved it I have a Red Heeler and she did really good the only problem I had is when I went to blow dryer the air was kind of cold I have not been back to ask him about that but I will but it's so convenient and the price is tremendously low you use their shampoos and Combs and brushes and what have you I will go back to bathe my dog

Even the clerk was dubious when we bought straight run chickens. We love our Polish feather babies. All are well, healthy, and YES we have hens, with their lovely hairdos, and roosters with their wild biker hairdos. NO REGRETS! Thanks y'all!

When the store first opened, it had issues getting and keeping items in stock. A few months later and the issue has been resolved. Great store with very polite and helpful employees.
