I regularly shop the rouses on gause close to the interstate and the one close to front Street. The two stores are markedly different in quality of the store appearance and variety of products. The store near the interstate consistently has fully stocked shelves and a much better variety of products. additionally the lighting in many of the reach-in cooler and freezer displays at the store on front Street are burned out and have been out for months. Hopefully someone in management will review this and take action.

I visit this location almost every day and I wanted to acknowledge Mr. Aaron who does the grocery carts. He always greets every customer and welcomes them then thanks everyone for shopping there when they leave. He always puts a smile on my face. Thank you , Mr. Aaron.

THIS IS THE WORST ROUSES TO GO TO!!! PLEASE RUN!! Terrible customer service and horrible attitudes!! Some of the people that work there are ignorant and ghetto!! Manager who is older even curses in front of customers. The other Rouses is so much better!! The employees are friendly and professional!! I refuse to come back to this outdated smelly Rouses!! Please fix this store. It needs a makeover bad!!

NASTY !!I asked for some sliced turkey and the person at the deli actually unwrapped and SMELLES THE Piece of meat TWICE.He then proceeded to begun to slice it.I cancelled my order.I would not eat from a Rouses if you paid me.

Not sure what management is thinking with the lack of employees, but stop being so cheap and up their wages and hire more people. I am starting to feel like this store is on its way out. One evening we had only 2 cashiers, nobody at customer service, and overcrowded checkout lines that compare to Walmart

They always have the products I want unlike other stores that are always out of them and they have low prices. The store is very clean and well stocked. And there are always employees around the store and they ask if there is anything they can help me find. Every time i shop at Rouses Market it is an enjoyable experience. Keep up the great job Rouses and thank you!

I like this rouses location . It's a little older but clean. It's never too crowded . There are always 3 or 4 registers open . The isles are wide so I can keep my personal bubble. Wait at registers is never more than 1 or 2 people. Employees are friendly.

There was not any grocery carts in the store at all the guy at the deli was very rude he seemed to be angry to have to slice the meat even though I was the only person in line and was only ordering one thing. On top of that many items had no price tags , for example a fruit tray I wanted to buy but had no idea what it cost .I do understand these are crazy times right now but the rudeness was totally uncalled for , won't be going back there for awhile.

I love this store, they have everything from Sushi to Freshly hot boil Seafood, potatoes, corn and carrots set out for lunch time. And their Deli is remarkable. I purchase a lot of the store off brand which is the super store brand instead of Market known products. The store is so awesome.

Happy to find my baby's formula but the older lady cashier was very rude. She had an attitude and talked to me like a child. I'm 26 with a child, luckily I was in a good mood finding my baby's formula finally so I just let it go.

Checkers are not friendly, at least the one we had wasn’t. I sacked the grocery’s because they didn’t have enough people. After he finished scanning the grocery, instead of helping put them in the bags he just stood there and talked to my wife. He wouldn’t even slide the other groceries down so I could reach them. My wife had to slide the groceries down so I could get them.

This place is Amazing!!I had a Stroke in 2018 and the only thing I could eat was the French Vanilla Granola that only came in a strawberries parfaitRobert and Jeff the Produce guys made sure I had it everyday to eat with out it in the parfaits!!!They would have it ready for my family so I could eat!!Thank you all so much for putting up with me 😂 😂You all helped save my life!!

This particular store doesn't have the coffee in the barrels. Otherwise store is clean and has a good selection of meat and produce.

Cashier was scanning all our items twice. We asked that he begin over and he refused. We took Our items to another line. Horrible service. There are a few ppl in this store with amazing attitudes. We only use this store when we need to pick up a few items.

This store is very close to my home. I go to the Gause & 1-10 location. This store is filthy. Cashier s are rude. It's like you are bothering them to checkout.Maybe 2 workers or kind. Though the years This store is going downhill! Corporate should really address the mess thus store has!

I've always loved rouses they always have the best cake because they have the gentilly cake and they always have pretty good deals for such an expensive store but the one on East gause boulevard is better than the one that that picture is of one West gause boulevard

The fried chicken is over cooked and even the dark meat is dry. The rotisserie chicken was undercooked on the back side. Had to finish cooking the back side in the microwave. Absolutely love the layout of the store and the helpfulness of the employees. I would actually do all of my grocery shopping here especially because it's a local company and I like to support local businesses except that their prices are just simply higher than Walmart. they are better than Walmart on some items and if things are on sale but in general they are higher. Shop wisely! I will say that their alcohol selection is the best in town in my opinion especially for beer.
