Jessica did an amazing cut on my dog. I cant come there every time due to the higher cost of the grooming. Other grooming in the area costs are about 25% less. Also, she needs help with answering phones and greeting customers not to have to stop grooming every time a call or customer comes in. She really cares about getting the cut correct and makes sure you understand the pricing on the front end since it is so much higher which is very appreciated. I would like to see the website do a better job of letting us put in preferences of cuts or no smell shampoo, etc that she could pull instead of having to tell her every time.

I had a long in-depth conversation with Jessica on how my Bernedoodle was supposed to be cut: Keeping his face full and long, and trying to keep some of the curl to length of his coat. A trainee in her 3rd week groomed him instead. He was completely shaved and his face is short and choppy and looks awful. It’s the worst haircut he’s ever received.
