Always has a good selection of dog toys and grooming supplies. Only thing is that I sometimes have a hard time finding the size antler I’m looking for. Other than that, they always have what I need in stock.Location is convenient.Very nice and knowledgeable employees.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered my dogs prescription that I got through their own clinic and it was cancelled twice because they couldn’t get vet authorization. I had to scramble to get medication elsewhere because now my poor dog has fleas smh do better

I absolutely love this place! They have such a great selection of animals, reptiles & amphibians & arachnids being my favorite. The pets are well taken care for, & always tame with great appetite! The selections for everything my animals need is always amazing as i have 2 tortoises & also 2 red ear sliders. Its easy to spend money here as they have so many options to buy! So be careful! The workers, one in particular (i wish i knew his name) are so well educated especially when it comes to the animals! I make the drive fron bay st louis ms to come here every chance i get. Just got a beautiful bearded dragon as well as a gorgeous albino pacman frog & the supplies for both. Im so pleased with all! Thank you petco for being so amazing & caring about your animals and training your employees unlike other places like petsmart & delta pet. Keep it up!

No way can we continue to deal w/ PETCO !! We’ve just had all we take. Have already moved on to another supplier. Four puppies and years dealing w/ CO. The free bag argument didn’t happen until CO was told we were going to not longer deal. Finally got our long awaited free dog food bag. Sadly too late.

The store was well organized and clean. Employees were polite and helpful. I was able to find what I wanted with ease and found a couple items that I wanted to try out after talking to an employee about the problem I was trying to solve with my aquarium. There were a couple people in line when I approached the cash register and the cashier quickly called another employee up to expiate our check out process.

They are truly about the pets and helping their parents get all the essentials from toys and food, to training and grooming. Unlike their competitor, the groomers are never caught in scandals, because at Petco pets come first!

Did an online order for pickup...had to go inside to get my order which was defeating the purpose of having curbside pickup. I do not recommend using their curbside pickup. (Three stars is only because of the failure of curbside pickup. The items I purchased were GREAT!)

I love this location! In my experience, employees are helpful and kind. The store is well stocked with a selection for a wide variety of animals. I am able to pick up treats, toys, supplies, etc. for my dog, cat, small animal, and reptile friends.

My favorite place to stop for pet supplies. Their prices are reasonable and the selection is very good (particularly quality food choices). This particular store is a little tricky to find if you don't know where you're looking.

Bought 2 fish. After acclimation, it was noticed they were acting strange. On closer inspection, they had ick! PETCO customer service couldn't help. Only the store can. 5 attempts were made to contact the store manager, by phone and email, no response! The fish died the next day so I'm just screwed out of $50.But, I averaged $200 a month in purchases at my home in Texas before this event. NOW I SPEND ...ZERO... a month!Update: It's now been well over a month and no one has offered to reach out to me despite having an open case (case #07059960) for this issue. So, please congratulate your Slidell, LA store manager for their part in loosing a once valuable customer of PETCO!

We received great customer service here today. They gave me a call because something I ordered that showed as available for curbside pickup was actually not available, but they had the display there. He asked if I wanted it and I said that would be fine. When we got there, every single employee was friendly to my daughter and I and even let us pet a ferret! We enjoyed looking at all of the adorable animals. It was very organized and clean.
