They have a large variety of fresh produce on Monday and Friday. Check out time is mostly very good and any wait in line is not long. They have a huge display of frozen foods for quick supper ideas. Overall the store is clean, well stocked with helpful personnel.

it was the worst! the cashier had the worst fake smile ive ever seen. i made a mistake an i realized too late i didnt have enough money. i was so embarrased. i kept apologizing, every time i did she got madder and madder an talked sweeter an sweeter. as i was leaving i turned around to say have a good day before i could say anything i saw her flip me off, she was complaining to the 2 old bitties behind me. maybe just a coincidence but they looked like they've never ever had anything to smile about. ive never felt this bad before. i hope i never have to go there again.

The atmosphere was more my style.......friendly. A while back, I was beginning to wonder if it was going to be a store for the wild ones, but I see that has changed. Thank you.Keep up the good work Dollar General. Y'all are doing a great job!PS: Love the music station

I really like dollar general stores. But the last few times I've been, you can barely walk thru the aisles. Stuff stacked everywhere. You can't find anything. Long lines at the checkouts and staff seemed to be upset. If it wasn't so convenient I wouldn't go there. I'm glad they opened the store in hall summit. It's so much nicer.

What is the reason for putting 3 for the price of 1 sale signs up 3 days before the sale starts. I spent a good while looking through making sure the 3 were same price only to be told I did all that for nothing. Last time I was there you had a 2 for $5 on trash bags only to find out I couldn't combine the sizes. I already only go for urgent items. If this is how it is I will take more time and go to Walmart same price less hassle

Easy place to shop. Always nice employees. The most organized dollar general I've been too. The dairy and produce section makes running to the store so much easier.

Wonderful staff , store has been remodeled , looks good , more space to shop , and everything is easy to find . If you get a chance come on out to see, y'all need to stop in and shop , make sure you check out the coke cola and monster energy section (bigger and better) they also have more frozen food selection.

I dont really dislike Dollar General. This store in my opinion is pretty busy and alot of times only two people are manni g the place e. It's difficult for me as a perso. To say so.ething negative about a facility that I do not workin in to know the process or the procedure for the way thi gs are handled at the register or at the door. I have been shopping g here for nearly 5 years the first four I really had no issue with custo.er service or the way in which my I individual needs were being met. There has always been the digital coupon issue of not loading or the system being g down or glitching but that's no fault to the employee so we move on. However about the last year the cuto.er service has plummeted in a way that has actually required me to all but move my buisness to anothe re dollar general or another retail store in our community all together. Most people are really helpful and willing to listen to you no problem. It there's always the few who do not care and really make me and others as well feel that our shoppi g experience e is not for them to make a good o e, or to I teract at all except to say I dont know or were closing in so many minutes loudly and rudely across the establishment. Rules are rules and they must be followed I k ow but customer service is easy you be nice offer assistance smile , whatever it takes but not anythingless. The store manager is obviously a hard worker and it shows the store bnb is clean and things are where they belong but its imperative that a manager in my mind present themselves a certain way and conduct buisness professionally especially when the is a issue with customer service. That is the major problem in this store for me is the way some of the employees and manaegment handle customers who take the time to follow sale papers, clip coupons s and spend their hard earned money in dollar general. I have witness many people leave the store over the way a cashier has spoke to a customer or management way of dealing gf or not dealing with it. Leave the store. I have seen so many ti.es ou n the past year that customers like myself get up to the register and it freeze for long periods of time most times we remain. Patient as this is not the fault of the cashier and it usually resolves itself within. A short amount t of time. I think this store could use a management makeover and definately extreme retraining on how a customern is to be spoken¹. To address or whatever Interaction calls for. A certain level of respect is mandatory if you intend to work in the retail industry otherwise its costing the establishment money. I go.to another Dollar general all together if I can but if I cant I get the bare minimum and I pay for it and Ieave.i certianly hope the issue is are abundant here if you have coupons. Customer service is an issue constantly. I hope to see them improve so that I wqill be able to change my opinion and submit a better review next time I shop there. Super disappointed in this place

Totally enjoyed the ambience of the restuarant, shopped for gifts in the lobby store, much to look at. I had a mixed fruit yogurt for brunch, had no trouble finishing that, many others got a box to hokd what thay couldnt eat. Good food snd lots of it.

There is one closer for me that is good, but if I'm ever headed down from Minden and need to stop at the dollar store this is the one I choose. Great selection. Good and friendly service.

Good customer service and clean store i drive from ringgold to sibley because of this store the ond in ringgold is disgusting you cant shop it do to them always haveing isles full of rolltaners and very rudy employees the manager there is a slacker as well wich makes the sibley store worth the drive
