The online pickup area needs some help. I waited for exactly 1 hour to pickup my order. Other cars were arriving and getting their orders well after I arrived. I called the number listed on the sign for pickup orders, no answer. I called the main store number and was told they don't have a phone in the pickup area. I finally found an employee to ask if the app registered my check-in, only to be met with an unconcerned and dismissive individual.

Problem with customer service. Returned some items that were paid for with cash and card but instead of asking how I wanted the refund she just put it all on the card. And I really needed the cash.

Why are Walmart employees so rude and bothered. I asked a girl in the bakery a question and her eyes rolled so far back in her head i thought she may pass out. It looked like it pained her to have to turn and face me. I use to not like self checkout but honestly it’s kinda nice not having to deal with the employees. They act like they are over worked yet they are always just standing there watching the customers work. There’s a few younger girls that work up front that are nice but the majority of the middle aged/older women are miserable and lazy.

I need. Someone over this store to please call me . ASAP. . I purchased this . Item.. yes March 3. . we had a death. N family. . N .. it's Bn n bag n my car. .I was shopping in the store. Where. I was. Bout to purchase a lot . My husband. Has trouble with. Walmart. Customer service. . Being rude.And.. then I had this bag. . which is broken. . N all I wanted was another 1.But they at Walmart Mansfield rd . Ssaid it's not a item they carry. . N would not. . give me another. . even yet called the cops. On me .I did buy a necklace ... Waiting on my husband to come n w the warranty w receipt... For games.This has to be the rudest...meanest. . stupidity.Is not knowing what ur store carries.They infact said . This wasn't a item they even carry.Yet receipt. . Matched numbers. On Fanny bag. . Strap was broken I taped it bk together. . N ..they yelled. . At me. . and dt they have cameras.my rights were violated. . And I will be seeking a lawyer.. .God doesn't like.. rude. Ppl.. roll them cameras. N .also..Ur employees say they do not carry Reebok. . So.I will be contacting Reebok.To be mean. Like that was no cause. . I did buy a necklace.. ...N after. Not refunding. For games. ... For no reason. . Yes. I went. To my car. To get bag . HUGE waste of time. We left a bag Friday and asked if we could come back later to get the items. They said yes as long as we bring a receipt. We come up there today around 11:30 and suddenly we have to wait til 2 to roll the cameras back. We asked why and they said we had to wait for loss prevention. Annoying but fine. My mom leaves her name and number only to get a call back at 12:30 for them to tell us we could come back FROM BENTON (which is 30+ mins away) to get what we left. We grab the exact same items we left only for them to tell us that the UPC's don't match (which is a blatant lie) and all they can do is refund us. We got our money back but we will never get our wasted time and gas back. PATHETIC EXCUSE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I can never find an electric cart that works I have been going there for 4 months now and every blasted one of the ecarts there are either broken or not available to handicap people I have been there so many times hoping and praying that the ecarts are working I just went there and they're still not fixed it's so sad that people get paid to make things available to the public and you can't even get to it if you are handicapped 😭

I don't like self checkouts, while they have people just walking around. The service here is bad. Recommend you go to a place where cashiers check and bag your items, while making their paycheck.

Everybody knows it's like any other Walmart you will fight to find anybody who cares enough to help you you're on your own as soon as you walk through the door but you can get your hair done in taxes at the same time lol 😂😂😂

This Walmart does not deserve one star. Their customer service is a joke. Their pick ups are never on time, canceled for no reason (has happened once) had to order to a different Walmart, or not complete-happened tonight. They don’t know how to answer phones at all. I have been put on hold for 30 minutes just because of one simple question-“Can you track a package by this name?” “Is any of the packages ready?” Hate doing pickups at this Walmart. Just do pickups and shop at a different Walmart. Save you some time and money.

I ordered .25lbs through grocery pick up and they gave me the whole damn turkey for $1.79. I want to say this is a steal but I don’t own knives sharp enough to cut the thin slices I needed for my 3-4 sandwiches I planned on making this week lol. Thanks Walmart!

Prices have gone up entirely too high. A small pack of ground beef was $11 and some change. A box of Land O Lakes butter is $6. Looks like I will start going to Super 1, so I won't have to debate if I should feed myself or pay rent. I know that they're remodeling, but they should've left well enough alone if it's going to hike the prices up!Update as of October 27, 2023, this location is still remodeling, and everything is everywhere. Don't look at the names of food at the sides of the aisles. They will totally have you everywhere in there.Oh, the photography dept no longer prints pictures at this location.Oh and they're putting these self checkout things everywhere which is a total disaster! There may be one or two people available to check someone out.

Walmart Mansfeild Rd location in Shreveport LA is seriously a nightmare. Every time my family and I shop at this location the employees are very rude and have attitude issues. The pharmacy is just as bad the employees at this locations pharmacy department profile people I have had the worst experience at this location. They are very rude and judgemental and they all have major attitude problems. Example, today my doctor called in a prescription for me to pick up and the lady that helped me was just laughing and joking around with the customer before me but as soon as I walk up she starts giving me an attitude and being really rude almost like I was inconveniencing her or something. I have always been a very polite and cooperative customer. I myself have worked for Walmart and I currently am a retail employee so to see the horrible customer service at this store is not only irritating and frustrating but it makes me not want to shop at that location anymore. This location has just lost my business altogether and I hope they fix this issue before more people follow suit.

Ok, so what in the world is the problem with the pharmacy department at Walmart??? As you can see there’s not a lot on the shelves!!! I’m sorry but it’s getting to be a regular situation at this location off Knight Street. There’s also the problem with the products of being available when the stock IS finally ordered. It’s almost like the Associates aren’t going by the bar codes that are already in the shelves and in place and the wrong product is put in a space and from there the domino “affect” takes place; The right product for that space is forever lost never to be ordered or seen or heard from for that matter again! PLEASE STOP THIS DOMINO AFFECT!!! We don’t like it! What? Do I have to pass around a petition for signatures to make this NOT happen??? WE THE PEOPLE IN ORDER TO FORM A WALMART WITH WORKING PARTICIPANTS....haha!! Hey don’t laugh you Walmart employee!!! I’m really upset! I really mean business about this!! Hey Walmart!!! Your PHARMACIST that pick and choose who to fill scripts for and your lazy Customer Associates and Stock Associates should take notice before the Self check out, empty shelves my petition and down right rudeness to customers puts you guys right out of jobs and or out of business or both. I was being lazy so I shopped for groceries online. I went to the pickup area and within 5 minutes all of my items were brought out including a 44lb bag of dog food. The pickup area makes it so much easier to shop for things like that. I don't have to pick it up to put it in the cart and I don't have to pull it out of the cart to put it in the truck. But I do tip the people that load my truck because I appreciate them so much.

If you ever need help finding someone to help you just look suspicious then boom you’ll find someone then and if you call for assistance no one ever shows up , I’m starting to think Walmart uses customers as lab rats to better businesses around the world an improve technology that’ll make them richer , maybe that’s why the have so many self checkouts an maybe that’s why employees are never around to help ? Maybe that’s why they don’t care if they’re customers service is rude ? It’s all part of their scheme 🤔

I recently visited this Walmart location on Thursday, August 10, 2023. I wanted to leave a review on the great customer service I received on Thursday from Bridgett in the apparel department. It had been a long day and I was encountered with a friendly greeting. Some things had been moved so I was trouble finding school uniforms for my son. She showed me where my items were and even walked me to them. Bridgett was very approachable and pleasant throughout the entire experience. I visit Walmart often and by far this is the best customer service I have experienced. Thank you Bridgett for your awesome service.Side Note: They are doing some remodeling and things are moving around so it takes a bit longer to find some items due to this.
