I shop here often due to convenience, however I guess I'm in here often enough they now have an employee watch me while I'm grabbing my groceries. Once or twice I'd understand, but countless times over the last 6 or so months and I'm getting real sick of it. Tried speaking to the manager, was given the most fake "I have no idea what you mean" energy I've seen.Other than that great store, but I'd suggest if you're planning to target customers, train your employees to disguise it better.

Stopped at this store on my way through Shreveport and it was honestly one of the nicer Walmarts I've been in. It was clean and well organized and easy to find what I was looking for at the time. It was just off the interstate as well so it was easy to get in and out of and then back on the road.

Not enough lanes open. Some people have too many items for self checkout. Personally I prefer not to use self checkout especially when I gotta always call a cashier for assistance anyway. They could have checked me out in the time it took for me to have to wait for assistance for something that isn’t my job. Store is clean and fully stocked.

Started out driving to Minden on Saturday for the Scottish Tartan festival , but shortly after leaving the house it started raining . By the time I crossed the bridge over Cross Lake it was raining so hard - pouring that I got off interstate 220 onto I 49 and went to this Walmart on North Market . Decided to check out the prices on their cat food compared to chewy's . Found that Walmart has the exact same price as chewy for the fancy feast cat food that I like to feed my Critter , so I got a couple of boxes . Previously I had assumed that chewy had better prices than stores . If I was working it might be worth it to me to have my cat food shipped to me , but I'm retired and like to get out of the house now and then .

Very clean and orderly environment. Customer service skills were excellent with the staff. Were willing to help and if I had a question when I stopped anyone in customer service. They were more than willing to assist me with help looking for what I needed. Great customer service skills. And all had upbeat attitudes as well as willingness to help and service customers.

I have actually noticed Walmart prices going back down to where they kind of used to be. For example they used to have when they still have these off brand slip-on shoes in every color. Which I used to have until they started marking them up to $25-$30 a piece. To my surprise they were back to$10.. see how long that will last

One of my favorite places. Clean, well stocked, and the friendly staff are top notch. It's easy to tell management at this store are very involved. Compared to other Walmarts it's definitely the best managed.

Many of the items I usually buy are on the very top shelfI am barely 5 ft tall. I cannot reach them. Most recently the coffee creamers have all been put on the top shelf. Maybe step ladders need to be in every aisle

Plenty of holiday foods in stock! Had a great time kinda splurge shopping. Went in for 8-10 items and left with two buggies packed. The prices on nearly each item unfortunately averages around $5. Good times though.

Honestly, I’m not a huge fan of Walmart. From Texas and usually will avoid at all costs. I will say, THIS walmart gets my five stars and I would give more if I could. The employees were so helpful. The employees seemed to actually enjoy their job and appreciated being there. Not once, not twice, not three times, but FOUR times, I had employees go out of their way to ask me what they could help me with. Rod even went and found me when he found an item we thought they didn’t have in stock. Two girls (wish I got their names) went searching for a kayak for me when they didn’t even know what they were looking for! All the thumbs up for the manager of this store for having a great group of employees!!!

Tried to buy these lights. But they were not in computer. Night manager refused to sell them and said they were part of black Friday but they are not according to the ad. Both CSM's looked for them and couldn't find them in Black Friday ad. I feel the night manager was being extremely rude and lazy and just didn't want to deal with fixing the issue of just adding the lights into the system.

Horrible delivery for groceries. I've been waiting for over 4 hours for a grocery delivery. Continues to just say "delayed". No time frame and my nephew is starving. I will not recommend your delivery service especially to people that really don't have a car. You guys needs to stop charging if you're not going to meet your obligations. This should be a free delivery since it's delayed until the next day. Horrible

I will say I normally have only positive things to say about our Walmart, their employees and I appreciate all that they do. In person they do great but if you call with any issues or questions, don’t expect help. My bad experience is I had inadvertently left a photo print job on counter at the photo/electronics department. I called to verify that i had left and the person on the phone spoke so fast and unclear and was quick to transfer me while saying no one’s there.After a hold, came back on repeated no one was there and i would just need to go see for myself. I explained I needed to verify that I had left an item when i checked out and wanted to make sure i had left there since i couldn’t return tonight. He came back and said he had them. Never asked for my name and when i asked to give a name of the person who would pick it up - said they would know. Again, never asked my name to verify if it was mine or anything. I asked would they go to photo, or where to go and how they would know what to give her. He just said he didn’t know. Was just bad customer service, they didn’t care to help. Wasn’t clear in just answering questions. I feel bad, I know I got frustrated toward the end and for a manager to verify they would just need to go to customer service. Just surprised.

Had everything I was looking for in stock when I went in. Delivery is a different story. They do not like to look for anything. They are quick to say something isn't in stock. Then you go to the store and it's on the shelf. The store is clean, but there are several rude employees. Especially by self check out. There was only one young lady who was nice. The other's, ughhhh! Saw several standing in a group gossiping, that's became normal.All in all. It's the normal Walmart experience.

We found a Opening box cutter knife on the yogurt idle this morning and my kid could've grabbed and did God knows what . I immediately let an employee know and to speak with a manager and the manager stated it belonged to a customer who attempted to steal the knife from the store ? They didn't take any accountability for their professionalism and how it's their job to ensure the safety of people and children. I am reporting them to corporate to take action for a thorough investigation.
