We visited Tractor Supply for the first time since moving here from out of state.What a huge and interesting selection of items! I came in to purchase some hay to put in containers to help out the feral cats this winter and they had a good selection at decent prices.Oh and the cute candy section!I do feel that many of the items are overpriced. I would have purchased more items but I’m on a tight budget being a senior.The cashiers were friendly and helpful. Overall, a good experience.

This store is an absolute disgrace to all of the Tractor Supply Company locations everywhere. After shopping there regularly since the store opened, it has gotten to the point where there is zero chance that I will cross their threshold again (and I will shop less at any TSC). I may go to the one in the next town, but only if everywhere else is out of stock for an item I need. A businees that could have added value to the community instead has devolved into barely more than a black mark. Such a shame.

Super staff always helpful. Wide variety of products, from tools to clothing. I get all my hunting supplies (corn, fence post, feeders) here. Prices are competitive with other stores, or lower.

I hit this store and cleaned them out of chains and ratchet binders for an emergency work project and the folks here were awesome. The younger gentleman that helped me cut lengths of chain was Johnny-on-the-spot and even helped load them into my cart as he cut them.These folks really seem to care about customer service and I appreciate that, especially when I’m in a time crunch and they made me a priority.Bravo folks!

Unbelievable to say the least! Had a major mix up on the high dollar item I was purchasing. I had been charged for a less expensive one. Significant difference between the two in regards to cost. The manager let me have a display model for the same amount. He said it was all about servicing the customer. I would give them six stars If I could.

I really like this place, employees are always very friendly, and willing to help. Mr Ezra was a very big help to me, not only did he bring my large dog crate to my car, but also showed me how to fold down my seats! Now that's truly going above, and beyond the call of duty! Lol

If no stars was an option that's what I would give, I am a regular custom at Tractor Supply 3 to 4 times a week most cashiers and Associates know me, but the problem is the store manager Joel 9620 Mansfield Rd. who always seem to have a problem with me printing my coupon off of my emails which you have to print them to use them, he never greet you when he comes to the register to assist the cashier or when you walk in the door, never apologize when he's incorrect about something he has done he just tell the cashier just do it with an attitude, I also have noticed Joel not having a problem with the little old white lady that uses her coupons, he is very disrespectful and in polite he needs to learn how to treat all customers the same no matter what color they are because money is all the same, if he don't get his self in check I will have to go to another location.

I spend a lot of money in here and I am REALLY REALLY TIRED of not being able to walk through the doors and there are people sitting right at the front doors and they're always asking for money either for their homecoming dance or graduation pics or their school supplies and they aren't representing a club or anything it's all for personal use. Well then maybe they should let me sit out there next week for my kids school stuff!!! I dont appreciate it at all. Will keep me from shopping there.I mean they are right there sitting in their chairs and I even saw them chasing people into the parking lot!!!!

Staff seems to always be doing something else besides helping the customers. Seems to be understaffed and unorganized. The place is usually a mess. The carts are usually broken or you can't find one. Friendly is friendly. I go to the one in Bossier much better run and organized.

I went to pick up some of the last of the season chicks. Not only did I get my chicks, but professional advice on feed, bedding and when and how to introduce the newbies to my older girls. It's not my first time visiting the store, and I always find that you can ask the staff anything about farm related issues and if the person helping you doesn't know the answer they will have someone on staff who can answer my questions

I like to buy pet food there. They have a great selection and it is fresh. I buy some other things there. I just like the store The people are friendly who work there. The people that come in to shop are my favorite type. Down home country folks.

Drove from greenwood area to get hay. The cashier said they were closing soon and could not sell it to me because the side lot was closed. The trailer is in the front lot and not locked on the side lot. While we were there close to closing there was still 15 plus min to take care of a long time customer. Receipt says 6:43pm

I went there for a primer bubble for a poulan chain saw and even though they carry poulan. Chainsaws they didn't have squat for minor repairs. I am a tractor supply person but that one sucks

Decent place but their back lot is very poorly organized. There was no way to get a hand-truck in to move what I had bought out. I helped the lone worker back there as we navigated between things on the lot to get to my truck.

There stock was VERY LOW. NOT to sound ugly but asked an associate/stocker for my dogs an none on the shelves, he wasn't sure where it was either nor did he go ask for help himself.. He seemed he was a new employee but not to young to think... Ask!! Somebody higher who would know for sure. The "1" cashier couldn't even say hi, welcome, etc... didn't even LOOK to see who was coming in the store. 👀 👀 👀 why are yall having these kind of employees?? Is this how yall train them or what? I'm sorry this is not a nice review. I LOOOOOVE TRACTOR SUPPLY!!! ALWAYS HAVE, EVEN WANT TO WORK FOR THE COMPANY.. I WILL NOT work @ that particular one though because I would be busting my rear, wore slam out by the time I got home to my kids... Cause I would be running 10-15 circles around those employees an they would be mad @ me... Doing every one of their jobs... CORRECTLY!!! If Cant hire outgoing ppl that store is NOT... going to last. Thank you

drove 45 mins from doyline to get propane got there are 645 just for them to say they arent letting any more customers Inside so I called and a Kelsey picked up and I told her the issue she responded we are close so i said yall close at 6 it wasnt even 550 then she placed me on hold till after 6 pm I hung up and now I want a manager to contact me!

Friendly staff and most of them know me by name! Prices are great, too. Motor oil, for example, is more than a dollar cheaper than the bargain brands at the auto parts store.

Always a nice and clean store that never has enough employees. They try to run this store with about 3 employees. Always have to wait a long time to get help...all while the phone rings at the counter unanswered because there simply are not enough employees to assist all of the customers.

Being around the corner from my home, this is my go to store for purchasing things like birdseed, tools, equipment parts and stuff for your pets! Staff is awesome and knowledgeable about the products that are sold here!

They do not take care of the baby chicks they are like just another item for them. They are animals to. They should not be in the condition they are in at Mansfield Road Tractor Supply. The employees should be held accountable for taking care of the babies.

It was kind of a wreck during my visit. Two aisles I tried to go down had so much stuff piled in them that I couldn't. Not sure if they were rearranging or what. Never had anyone ask if I needed help and I was there for about 30 minutes. At checkout there was only 1 checker and a line.

Tractor Supply is a great store for finding anything that you need from automotive parts to birdseed and even worming medicine for dogs. The customer service is friendly and informative.
