I would like to give a big thank you to Trey Ferris for all the help he gave us and all the service counter personnel for their help. Trey also took and put the rear tine tiller in the back of my truck, I never could have done that. Thank you again Trey.

Was in the paint department waiting 30 minutes and had paged 3 times, no one showed up, had to drive to pines Rd, home Depot. Horrible service, called 5 times to talk to manger. No one answered the phone, I wanted to file a complaint, there was another customer that waited as well and stated that he had to go to the store on pines Rd to. What a horrible day.

Went to Home Depot today to pick up filters For my house. They're always nice and helpful. Yay customer service. Ray to assist when you need them. They're prices for the filters are very reasonable and actually was cheaper than Walmart.

Went online said they had ac units so I purchased and went to store to pick up they then stated we are out because inventory is off well maybe you knotheads need to do inventory???? Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Especially when it comes to calling this place. They will put you on hold and never bother to answer the phone again forcing you to call back over and over until you finally get some sort of help. The lack of help and service that comes out of this particular. Home Depot is absolutely ridiculous. I do like to do my business through Home Depot, but the management doesn’t seem to care enough to keep the employees on a proper track and make sure that they are providing forward. Good customer service.

Like any other big box store for the most part, with the exception of the return policy is absolutely horrible. Especially with concrete pallets! I tried to return five pallets this morning and spent over an hour arguing with Randy over why I should or should not be refunded The money in which are paid for these things that I absolutely do not want nor do I have any use for. And yes all the pallets were quick Crete yellow painted pallets. Needless to say I lost this battle and I am returning to the house with the pallets. As I explained to Randy, it wasn’t the monetary value of the pallets it was the point that I was made to buy them in order to purchase the concrete and when I came to return them they gave me over an hour of run around. I know that losing my little bit of business will not hurt the big box retailer however I am real sure Lowe’s will be proud to receive me as a new loyal customer.

Lots of people out shopping for Black Friday weekend! The store was light on employees, so the lines for customer service and checkout were a little long. Went through the garden section to look while I waited for the lanes to clear up a bit, and was disappointed to see a very limited selection of dried up and dead flowers,shrubs, and trees that had been eaten up by bugs.

The employees make you feel like there watching you because they probably are. You can't stop and browse without one guy in the front hovering over you and making suggestions to the most expensive item in the genre ur looking for.

Very helpful when looking for a specific item. The lady who helped me, Dina Marin, went out of her way to assist me in finding a particular item. Then she got me a better price on these items. I would highly recommend this store. You can find everything you need for your home and garden. Beautiful plants

The friendliest and most helpful associates I've experienced at a Home Depot. Each time we passed a rep, they greeted us and asked if we needed any assistance. And they are knowledgeable, they know their products. I love this location!

Just like any other Home Depot. Everyone here is pretty helpful you just have to ask. If you are planning on getting something forked into the back of your vehicle make sure you get there early. Same thing if you are planning on renting tools.

I needed a tool with no name to unlock an inside door, I had to ask for help which I did not want to do by any means. There was a young man who eagerly assisted without ever hearing of the tool with no name as well, lol. We walked and searched and finally found the tool set and he saved the day!

It was a bad evening for customer service today. When I arrived to pick up my online order, there were 3 employees behind the counter and 3 employees in front of it. After I waited a moment someone began to help me. She asked for my order number. As I almost had it pulled up she told me to let her know when I had it and she walked away. I told her I had it but she went to help another customer. After I waited a moment I asked another employee if she could help me. The first employee seemed agitated, but I finally got my order. The original plan was to ask them about an accessory I thought I needed, but I certainly wasn't going to do that. I took my order to my car and went back in to the store to try to find someone else to talk to.The next employee I encountered was walking down an aisle toward the front of the store. I told her I had a question. Without saying anything she held up a finger, I assume to indicate I was to wait a moment. I did. Soon she walked past me again, muttering something this time, so I decided to try someone else.I went back to customer service. The first employee I talked to was gone, so I gladly tried someone else. That employee assumed I wanted something I didn't, but once she understood what I wanted she paged someone to come to aisle 3. I asked if I was supposed to wait on aisle 3, and she confirmed I was. I was there for 5-10 minutes figuring out what I needed. Once I did I headed to self-checkout. No employee came to aisle 3 while I was there.

We ordered an upright freezer. It was delivered to the store with the assurance that they would then deliver to our home. Two days of trying to set up delivery and then being told they were unable to deliver because of the new computer system. I was then able to talk to Ms. Shirley! A God send! She immediately solved the problem! Ms. Shirley is very courteous, respectful, professional and dedicated to doing her job. We can't thank her enough for helping us and solving our problem. Had a good experience tonight so close to christmas. They had what we needed and more.We were also helped right away when we needed items off the top shelves.Only 4 stars over store condition, being honest they need a few renovations around the edges. Especially the restrooms.

Just like any other Home Depot I've ever been to. Pretty tidy for the amount of inventory they have to pack in there. Love self-checkout and there's always an associate somewhere nearby if help is needed. I just wish they'd add google/apple pay as an option when checking out.

Always good to see that there are people who are will to go above and beyond to make the customer happy. Derrick Wells “The Customer Experience Manager” has be the most consistently friendly, up-beat and helpful face we’ve seen since we landed in shreveport. While he has help us he also coached the employees around him that sought him out. If I had to mention a negative it would be with constant delays concerning my package that was purchased on HD online, moving forward i will only visit the store. Thanks Mr. Wells and keep up the good work.
