I had the most helpful service when I went there and I look forward to it again and so does ACE, it was our first time and it was cool. We got a lot of new freebies and used some new coupons, and we got a new name tag as well and a few other things, but most of all is how kind and helpful the workers are, and for the work they do I feel they need a raise, cuz today they made my day as a proud new parent of a cute fur baby named ACE. I think y'all so much for the hard work and Hospitality you guys do.

I used their grooming service. The staff was very nice, but my dog was returned to me very wet, still shedding profusely, and did not receive his nail trim. Definitely not what I expected out of a $70 service.

We use to go to this store all the time. We built a terrarium that has anoles,tree frogs,crickets. We went there recently to purchase a tree frog and when we told them it was for our terrarium they REFUSED to sell us a tree frog. Told us it's in our policy. Told us they have to be in their own tank. If you do you research correctly, which they should do before working there, tree frogs and anoles can live in the same environment. We have had our tree frog and anoles together for a month and they all live perfectly fine and eat well and are striving. Absolutely ridiculous. The people here will literally act full hearted that they know what they are talking about when in all reality they do not. DO YOUR RESEARCH!Update: GO TO PETSMART BOSSIER! They told us the PetSmart Shreveport has no decision on what WE do with out terrarium. PetSmart Bossier was very helpful and we purchased our beautiful tree frog.

Very inattentive employees who obviously hate their jobs. The grooming area was FILTHY... no one up front and NO ONE sweeping or cleaning ANY of the tables from previous pets. One one....ONE.. register open to handle 12 guests trying to check out. Save yourself trouble.....GO TO PETCO!!!!!

This is the result of a quick grooming appointment 3 Feb 2023 12:00pm with this location... Didn't get to inspect them fully until we arrived home on Saturday! Never would anyone imagine this happening. We're upset because NO ONE informed us that a staff member abused our baby! This isn't an accident, looks she was intentionally cut/burned!!! She has an appointment Wednesday with her doc to get an opinion of how this happened/what caused it..... 😡😡😡😡

The appointment made in person went great! The associate friendly and upbeat, going over prices and knowledgeable about the services they offered. I had 3 dogs (2 pugs & my pit mix) who were well taken care of, clean and fresh smelling upon pick up. I was really impressed with the groom time, an hour and a half from start to finish! I made a follow-up for the three later this month.

All the way from Grand Rapids, Michigan these guys are fabulous! The managers and their team are absolutely wonderful people. Banfield was accommodating and getting my dog a toenail trim on a moments notice. The managers there worked hard on finding toys for a boarding facility that was holding rescue dogs so they could have some free toys!!! you guys are amazing! Licha H was the groomer who shaved my dog naked. She did a full assessment and my dog had no body mats except for ears and tail. She said corporate does not allow extensive brushing so she will have to shave the ears and tail. My dog was trying to bond with her and be affectionate and she completely ignored him. When she called to tell me he was ready she was short with me and rude and never said how the cut went. I was surprised she called an hour earlier than the usual 4 hour appt. I immediately picked up my dog and she was not there. The other girls had to give me the print out and she charged $157!! ($40 for additional brushing. After she told me they don't do extensive brushing) then they brought out my dog who was completely shaved. All the other visits usually took 4 hrs and he was groomed well and only charged me $120. I could have completely shaved my dog for free. Her attitude in the beginning and over the phone was rude. I could also tell there was a difference in his demeanor and I will never take my sweet dog back.

We’ve taken our goldendoodle on three different occasions so far for cut, bath, brush, etc. and it’s been excellent. I’m especially pleased with our recent session with Jerica. She wrote out a cute little “pawsgress report” for how our pup did and I thought that was so sweet. The process is super easy. Sign in & pay online makes it easy for pick up and drop off. Phoebe gets excited about going! And they are so nice upon arrival and pickup. Thank you grooming department!!! ♥️

I adopted my wonderful kitten from here. They work with port city cat rescue (which is amazing) and I found my new addition to my family. The staff was super helpful and let me hangout with some cats before we decided which one was perfect for us. If you’re looking for a cat, please come here or the actual port City cat rescue location. The grooming area is great! The woman who worked on our cat was so helpful and called me with any issues. Because my cat was new and scared, the woman was unable to do some things because my cat was scared and she worked with us and didn’t charge us. Extremely kind of her! I will be bringing my cat back for more grooming in the future. The store layout is very nice. It separates between pets and makes it easy to find things you need for your pet! Went for grooming. I had setup an online appointment for 11:30 am thinking it would expedite the check-in process. No, I stood there for 30 minutes while the girl tried to get a consent to print so I could sign it. Their rate was 68 at the store and 65 online. They charge extra 12 for clipping nails. My appointment time was until 2:30 pm. Returned for my dog to be told they hadn't started yet. I don't understand the appointment then... finally got my dog at 3:15. I would only go back in the evenings when they aren't so busy.

I had never been to Pet Smart before. I went there too purchase flea control for my cats. I like that they have the cat supplies on one side and the dog supplies on the other. I had no clue as to where the flea control was located. I was looking down each aisle when a very nice young man approached me. He said I looked like I needed help! I told him that I did and what I was looking for! He didn't just tell me where I needed to look, he took me there and explained that I needed to pull a tag for the product that I wanted and take it to the check out. He was kind, polite, helpful, every thing customer service should be. The store was clean and neat.

The cashier was very nice when I picked up order. I made two trips to find what I needed that I saw on line and the sales staff didn't have time to help me find what I knew they had in stock per the web page because they were busy cleaning or stocking an isle. I went home and ordered another day and picked up item. This item is cheaper on Amazon but I wanted the convenience to have it that day and willing to pay more. Should have ordered from Amazon.

Licha grooms my dog Sonic and Sam grooms my dog Poncho. They do a magnificent job. I can never imagine having to hold a puppy that bites, moves and then having to take a blade that could cut them. They make sure they are calm. They have become family to my dogs and know them by names. Even with covid my dogs have cried for them. When they finally saw them again they couldn't wait to get their hair done..we love you ladies!

Went in here looking at stuff for my cat . Never having had a cat I hadn't shopped in a place like this . I did merchandising for several years and had done resets in stores like this , but that was work and I didn't pay much attention to all the stuff they had . WOW! These guys have so much inventory for pets that it kinda blows my mind . Stuff I would never have imagined for animals . They have anything covered that anyone could ever want for their animals .

Overpriced. They no longer carry the brands that had made me a loyal customer for so many years. They cater to the whole pampered pet industry. Overpriced and not worth it.
