Although the lady was very nice and I feel lie she had good intentions that doesn't make not following directions ok. It was my puppy first haircut and I specifically said to lightly trim the top of her head so it could be evenly rounded off and I said my wife likes to add bows to her hair so I didn't want it cut low she just about cut all of her hair off and it is choppy. The groomer had cut down to the back of her neck. I was such in a rush for work that I didn't have the time to address the issue it wasn't even close to the picture that I had showed and what I asked for, also the bottom of her paws were pink as if they got burnt and she doesn't walk on the concrete the picture with the dog on the purple table is what I wanted it to be simular to and i knew it wouldn't be perfect but to shave her down like that is highly unacceptable I'll never take another dog of mine back!

I don't know if they changed shampoo or what but my dog didn't smell fresh like when I use to come. Last time my dog was done quick which was unusual. I hope they're bathing the dogs and not just tapping their feet the entire time

KEYDRA, THE GROOMER FOR MY DAUGHTER'S LABRADOODLE HAS BEEN EXCELLENT SINCE I LEFT PETSMART BECAUSE I WAS DISSATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICE MORE THAN ONCE AND THAT WAS IT FOR ME. I HAVE BEEN THOROUGHLY, EXTREMELY. OVER THE HILL HAPPY WITH MY GROOMER. SHE IS ONE OF THE BEST!!!!

Our groomer Brandi was absolutely amazing! It's was our first time using a groomer instead of doing it ourselves now that we have 3 dogs, she was amazing with all of them! The price was the best in the area and we just couldn't be happier.

The facility was clean, and the entire process flowed smoothly. I really liked that our stylist Chloe did an inspection of our dog (e.g. checking her ears, eyes, limbs, etc.) when she first arrived. I also liked that she asked me how I would like for her hair to be cut, providing a board with various hair lengths to visually chose from. Chloe was very patient and finished cutting her in a reasonable time frame. At the end, Chloe gave us a checklist showing what she did and her observations of Ellie. Awesome job, overall! Definitely coming back!

We were buying an albino ball python this past Friday for my daughter but the snake had just came in that day so they wouldn’t allow us to bring it home. We asked to make a down payment or pay the nearly $300 for it. They told us they couldn’t take a payment but to be at the store at 8 am Friday morning, Black Friday. We bought everything else for the snake except the snake itself and the food. My other daughter went in today for crickets and snake was gone so I called and they had sold yesterday.

Grooming stops @ 8pm which is odd because they are still there til 9pm. Went for a nail triming @8:15pm and the groomer told me to come back, she had not cleaned the floors it seemed all day, it smelled horrible, and she was sitting in the back prior until a rung a doorbell for help. This was my 1st and last visit to this poor excuse for a grooming facility..
