I had a really amazing experience in the store. I traveled from over an hour away and the staff was amazing and extremely helpful. I adopted a bearded dragon and the knowledge provided to me before I left the store has helped me to be able to make her as comfortable as possible with the transition. I’m so happy and satisfied with my experience! Thank you for having such an amazing staff!

I spent a good ten minutes walking around the fish tank area attempting to find and buy and fish tank for my niece. I watched employees in the fish area be on their phones and just out right completely ignore me. The only two employees to help me was the first lady I asked if they had any more of the tanks I was looking for and the cashier Niyah. Niyah and the other cashier were very helpful.

I love shopping at PetCo, both in store and online! 99.9% of the time I am able to find what I need. The purchase was easy, the pick up time was very quick, the associate was friendly and helpful. I will definitely shop online again!!

The fish aquarium department is Lacking. Shelves bare; no large fish tanks. Driftwood sold out. Went over to PetsMart and they are very well stocked in All your Aquarium needs.

Amanda treated me and my friend(coworker) with such rudeness and irritation…we are considerings adopting the kitten namedLittle Bean. We came in to interact with the kitten and see how she responded to us before we paid the fees and such for the adoption process. Amanda told us that she wouldn’t open up the cage because we didn’t put in an application and haven’t been approved and she did so very sternly and rudely! I hope Amanda is not a manager, I couldn’t imagine how she would treat her employees. And lastly, no wonder these animals sit and sit at these places…they have horrible employees that need customer service training and a write up!

You can find alot of different animal products here.. more than you can anywhere else, but the prices are sky high!! The only time I buy cat food here is when they have it marked down on clearance. My daughter likes visiting the kitties that are up for adoption. I do recommend them for anyone wanting to adopt a cat !

I love petco took my baby to be groomed for first time he has is funny who he is around but he loved Chloe so much he jumped in the car gave us kisses and tried to go back to see her after the appointment and he looks so handsome and smells great.

I LOVE this Petco. Everyone that works at this store is pretty awesome. Ryan is the best fish guy around. There should be a thousand more Jenn's in the world to keep ships smooth sailing. And last but certainly not least, Arli. I hope I'm spelling her name right. She is seriously one of the most kind people I've ever met. I was a few dollars short on my purchase a couple weeks ago. Before I started panicking she asked if she could pay the rest, and didn't hesitate to pull out her OWN card and pay. I've tried to figure out what drink or snack she likes to attempt to repay her, but she refuses to let me. To some that might only be a couple bucks, but that meant so much more to me. There aren't many people like that anymore.Oh and I want to say that the dude that looks like Shaggy and the pretty brunette with the tattoos that's name starts with an 'A' are pretty dang fantastical too!

I’ve used Petco before when I was in South Dakota for grooming. Today I used the Shreveport location after having the same groomer for a while for my Boxer and had a recent bad experience that cost me a expensive vet bill. I believe her name was Brandi but hopefully she will forgive me for not remembering her name. She was so gentle with my old man Rusty (10 years old) . He looked great and she took my concern about being sure to dry his ears seriously! Thank you so much for your professional service and we will see you next time!

I called another big pet store, who shall remain nameless, about shaving my new, very matted, cockapoo and they wanted $93! Petco charged me $56 and Chloe did an AMAZING job with what was a very sad looking dog! I will never go anywhere but here from now on. Also their customer service in-store is MUCH better than the competitors and their fish tanks are far superior.Edit:I still love my groomer but it’s SO hard to get in touch with anybody on the phone in the grooming salon.

The store was fine but the customer service was absolutely awful. The girl at the checkout counter had zero effort to talk to us or anything. Tried to spark up a conversation with her and she all but ignored us and our dog.

There store is always nicely stocked with the items I need for my two cats. It’s always organized and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The animals they have there look well taken care of, the birds, reptiles, and rodents. I never really go over to the side with the fish so I can’t speak for that but their store is always clean ☺️

Prives are a little high but the store is xlean and organized. Kody was wonderful! She answered all of my questions quickly and effectively, multitasked proficiently, and helped me with the right purchases! I definitely recommend this store for pet care needs!

I have used Pet Co off and on for years. Every time I go in have to resubmit my information for their so called rewards card. Today I went to pick up a few items and was asked if I wanted a bag. I looked at the cashier like what? She informed my boyfriend and I that it would be 10 cents per bag. We where told that Corporate made the change.Apparently a company worth 2.17 billion can’t provide bags to its customers as price of doing business.

I tried not to leave a negative review…but every time I look at my puppy’s hair I am not happy…I brought my 17-week-old Shih Tzu in for grooming on Aug 20. I told them I wanted to grow a top knot for him and showed them some reference photos. They said they got it.And they cut the hair I wanted to grow—the hair on the top and in between my puppy’s eyes. I stoped the groomer before she cut his top hair, but most hair I wanted to keep was gone.She didn’t apologize…just said it will grow back.Yes, my puppy has to wait at least few months to grow the hair back, tolerating the hair covering his eyes again.I am not gonna go back.
