I frequent Panera weekly to biweekly. I have had several issues in the past with forgotten items and substandard food.Today, however…blew me away!The most presentable dish I have ever seen from a fast food restaurant. Whoever was responsible for this dish (Mediterranean Bowl) needs to be promoted or go to culinary school! Beautiful! Fresh! Delicious! Overfilling!5 stars not given from previous experiences, NOT today! Amazing today!!

I've been here only once in the past about 7 years ago but I will be back again. I ordered from the 2+2 menu. Lots of options, nice portions. I had the chicken avocado melt with ceasar salad. Only problem that I had with it was that it was half a sandwich instead of whole. Sam had the blacken ham gouda cheese sandwich (whole) with strawberry chicken salad. She enjoyed her meal also and was able to take home 2/3 of the sandwich.

I loved the food and service as a first-time visitor. The cashier was friendly and helped me choose a Mediterranean sandwich and Broccoli and Cheese soup. My son had a grilled cheese sandwich, which was not toasted as I usually make for him. Great honey mustard sauce and cream cheese cups. I look forward to returning next time in town.

This was my first visit, restaurant was clean & not busy at 4pm. Service was nice and the cashier was very helpful. The reason I didnt give it 5 stars is for my sandwich. It tasted good but didn't meet my expectations for a $10 steak sandwich. My wife enjoyed her turkey & avocado sandwich, and said hers was made different than mine (didn't get a pic of hers). She also enjoyed her bowl of Broccoli cheddar soup. The portions are small for the price imo. Smoothie sizes are one size & that looks like a McDonald's small cup by comparison.

Food here is pretty good. Came in for breakfast. Weird thing here, Workers here only speak unless spoken to. This is my first time in a Panera restaurant. Maybe that’s how they are not sure will have to try again at another one.I’m just used to a greeting or what would you like and when receive food to hear”enjoy .”

Just stopped at the one in Shreveport, wanting to get a turkey sandwich on baguette with lettuce only and mayo. That would be a no I have that I have to order one of the sandwiches that they’ve created. I couldn’t even find a turkey sandwich with baguette where I could eliminate the things I didn’t want, I was told I could go to McAllister’s that they do them. Hence here I am at McAllister’s. This is crazy. I’ve been going to Panera for a long time in Fort Myers Florida. Never had a problem getting a turkey sandwich on baguette.

First time going here and wow. Very varied selection. Kinda pricey but the food is made with care and it came out fresh. The atmosphere is like an upgraded Starbucks and is very nice family oriented environment.The food was amazing. The Flatbread pizza wasn't drenched in grease and the chocolate chip muffie didn't survive for the photo op. When visiting the Shreveport Bossier area, we will stop by for a great bite to eat!Our second time was even Better. The fuji apple salad and broccoli macncheese combo is very delicious.

Strawberry Smoothie with Chicken Sandwich, with chips. Order set in kitchen window for several minutes; noticing we were only customers waiting on any order. Pager never alerted; instead it was turned off. When I asked Kitchen help it what was waiting was my order because no one was claiming it; and, their order pager went dead...The help must think once food is paid and order out of kitchen, their jobs are done. How long would that order have set before any employee took note that it was "orphaned"?!Dining room and entrance area dirty; tables not wiped (where we sat, surface was sticky); and several booth cushions were coated in crumbs. Order too expensive for value. See picture and consider if that was worth $19.61, with 1 oz, very small bag of kettle potatoe chips. Passed on soup...pictures look tasty but too SALTY! DRIVE Thru service is slight improvement...at least they pass your order to you, includes departure surprises too late to correct, whereas Dining Room is a service desert (NOT Dessert).

The drive thru worker “Elaina” had the NASTIEST attitude i’ve witnessed. From the time i pulled up, until the time I left. She put the wrong receipt on my bag, & also included soup when I didn’t order soup. So when I came inside & asked for my correct food she laughed & said “your food” Yes MY food. She walked away & then came back with the SAME bag with different sandwiches which were still wrong. It wasn’t until some nice lady maybe the manager came & asked me what I ordered. The rude girl then responded & said these are her sandwiches & the manager said well you put the wrong sticker on the bag. I’ve never had any problems at this Panera location & I hope when & If i come back she doesn’t take my order. She should be ashamed.

We ordered you pick 2 and they gave us half the size, but minute difference in size. Doesn't taste great. Our bill came ~$25 for you pick 2 and single madagascar drink, I'm beyond disappointed. See photo for size and I have small hands, I use small gloves at hospital work. I just wanted to try it but that would be the last. Will not recommend.

Food was good and the lady behind the counter was awesome. And here's the bad...Waited 20 min to get my food. Then had to wait another 15 min to get my smoothies whitch are over $6 only for them to hand them to me and it wasn't even close to being filled up . And why can only 1 person make them?!?!

My review shares the same level of dissatisfaction for the steak sandwich as Mike G. His sandwich looks better than mine, mine barely had any meat and the onions are practically non-existent. This is not what I expected for a $12 sandwich, must less from Panera bread. Look at the picture of what I received versus what I was expecting. LOL. I know its fast food but still.

The Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with Chicken was light and tasty with a variety of other fresh fruits. The Mac and Cheese was hot and creamy. The Pecan Braid did not have the glaze on it, but there were nuts and cinnamon swirled throughout.

Me & my kids love it here! Great place to eat. Variety of food and many great healthier choices to choose from. Employees here are very welcoming and make sure you are accommodated greatly. Favorites from here I would recommend are the bacon, scrambled egg & cheese on brioche, SW Caesar salad w/chicken, & the chipotle chicken avocado melt, just to name a few great options.

Went through the drive through for a "warm bowl" baja chicken grain bowl. It was ICE COLD. The menu specifically says "warm bowl" and I have ordered them before and they have always been "warm". Very disappointed. I paid almost $17 for this and a drink. I was expecting a warm meal, instead it was so cold. And the grain in the meal was not cooked thoroughly. It was tough. The lady at the window was awesome though. Very polite and friendly. Not her fault the meal was so awful.

I visit panera at least once a week and the last couple times it seems the girls aren't able to get the orders right each time. Normally I don't complain and just deal with the wrong order but today the sandwich had grapes and almonds on it and it just wasn't something I would actually eat. So I went back and the young girl at the window was not professional. I was not rude, wasn't asking for a refund, just wanted her to throw that one away in replacement for the correct one. A man came to the window let me know they were out of that bread which was perfectly OK he substitute it for another and was kind when handing it back. He handled it correctly and professionally the girl with the glasses and Long hair at the window needs some work on those customer service skills.

I normally don't ever complain about restaurants but this had my head spinning especially since I work at a restaurant as a server and I deal with this kind of stuff all the time so I am completely understanding with situations but this was absolutely reduculous. I ordered through door dash and one meal was missing the sandwich, one meal was missing the meat on the sandwich, instead of the broccoli and cheddar soup we got broccoli Mac and cheese. The half salad on one meal was completely wilted and didn't even fill half the small container it was in. And then the French baguettes were just thrown throughout the whole bag not in anything. The only thing that they did get right was the two kids meal items and they left the sandwich dry and didn't send any condiments for it so if we were out and about and not at our house we would not have been able to let them eat that either. Oh and the French onion soup is not where it's at.
