My only complaint is they always sent us home with medication we didn't need. Like nausea medicine when they weren't nauseous, once we caught on and refused the unneeded medication everything has been fine, we're very appreciative of the sympathy card when we lost one of our babies, very thoughtful, thank you

I have to go in a good bit with my seizure pup. And there's nobody I trust more to take care of my baby girl more! The staff all know us and are always so helpful and attentive. Doc will make sure all of your concerns are addressed and does it how you can understand her! Definitely 5 stars!

We brought dozens of dogs from the streets to Dr. Dukes and everyone at North Shreveport Animal Hospital. The entire staff is everything your looking for, and Dr. Dukes became like a celebrity, to us. My ex even used to bring them holiday cookies. =) I can't say enough good things about them.

Our dog went for a small procedure and from the time we walked into the lobby to the time we picked him up our dog was treated compassion, dignity, and respect. One day after the procedure our dog licked out the stitches...my fault not the dogs. I called the vet around closing time and they allowed me to run up to get the site restitched.

I've called there twice and asked questions about my Kitten both ladies that answered the phone were nice and every question that I called about even though I've only called twice they've really helped me eventually my kitten will go for her shots and judging by the help I've got over the phone I know I can trust them with my little girl

Everyone was very nice. I like seeing cats running around the office. Y’all are cat friendly. I like that Blue and I stayed together the whole time, the doctor treated Blue in the same room, she didn’t take him to another area. Y’all are closer to my home. But my main thing is y’all are cat friendly and knowledgeable about cats. I thought the pricing was very reasonable too.

Always well taken care of at NSAH. Dr. Duke is friendly and knowledgeable and never makes you feel like you're asking stupid questions or over sharing information. All staff is delightful and easy to work with. Always nice to see the animal staff as well! Leo is a favorite in our family.

Over the years, we've had 3 dogs and 4 cats treated by N.Shreveport Animal Hospital and have never had a bad experience. They've been there in emergencies and for all of our routine needs. The front desk staff is great - friendly, patient, and efficient; and Dr. Duke has always gone the extra mile to help. We've been very happy with their caring and professional approach to us and our pets. We highly recommend them.

Everything about our visit was extremely awesome! Everyone was super nice/friendly/respectful! The wait time wasn’t uncomfortable & the level of care seems 100% genuine! I truly appreciate how gentle you guys were with my baby & I LOVE the fact that he isn’t traumatized from his first visit (even tho he got a lot done)!!! We will definitely be back :)
