Clean, good options, nice atmosphere. BUT don’t trust the WIC stickers. Over several trips I have spent so much money on things that the store claims is WIC, the WIC app says is covered by WIC, but ends up not ringing up as WIC. Luckily I can afford it when it’s not, but if you are broke and going in specifically for WIC go somewhere else just in case!

Kroger isn't the best in customer service, but they do okay. I love their produce and I like being able to buy toys, home goods and clothing. Their cashiers are friendly. It is usually a positive experience. I am glad it is in Forbing!

I actually used to love this Kroger, seems like it gets worse everytime I come and let’s not mention the online ordering “pick up”! I will NEVER come back to this store for it, I’ll rather shop at Walmart😒 customer service sucks as well! Please do better

I love having a large grocery store in South Shreveport. It has great produce and has a wide selection to shop from. The deli is great with a salad bar and even freshly made sushi! The store is very clean and well stocked. Don't forget the awesome tortillas made fresh here. The bakery serves up some of the best tasting cakes in town.

Item didn't ring up buy one get one free! Went to customer service to correct issue and was told they were closed. Why would customer service be closed in the middle of the day? Maybe if I was someone else it would've been different!

As a kroger front end associate, I love the environment, the demeanor of the people and workers are extraordinary awesome. We always want our customer's to have a shopping experience that they will never forget. We have amazing deals, you save tons of money with your krogers card and you can save even more money with the krogers app.

This place is amazing! I've been to all the little ones and of course the other big one in Bossier. It's my favorite grocery store not to mention they have so many other things to offer like clothes make up toys the list goes on and on. We'll definitely keep coming back

This super Kroger is the best!! We are the best sushi platter and it more than filled us up!! Great service and people and very clean and neat store! They even have a Starbucks!!

My family and I used to love this store. We live less than 5 mins away so super convenient for us. Recently we have purchased seafood from the seafood counter here but buyer beware. We have purchased spoiled shrimp and now 4 lbs. of spoiled crab legs that also spoiled the rest of our seafood boil that was to be our dinner. Steve, The Store manager told me bring them back in the morning to customer service. This man expected me to let these spoiled crab legs sit in our freezer and then to carry them to the store to wait in line at customer service to dispute the issue. I brought the crab legs to them that same night after purchasing and cooking and the store manager acted put out. I was causing him an issue because I thought with him being the store manager, he could at least at least take them from us, throw them away and refunded us the money. We had our receipt.Anywho, we planned on going back the next morning to dispute the issue but ended up falling ill because of the spoiled seafood and were unable to go back to the store the next following morning. Extremely poor food quality and obviously customer service. We are contacting corporate because this is unacceptable behavior.

The new Kroger brand “Home Chef” does not taste good. Just tried the chicken Alfredo and popcorn chicken. I would avoid it. The old brand was way better. Everything else about the store is good

There is absolutely no Wi-Fi, this could to lead to a safety problem a heath care incident.IF somebody has a serious Medical emergency they probably won’t get assistance in time. The problem causing this is BAD WIFI you also, on a side note can’t, you your phone to check on family who’s at home waiting,,get Wi-Fi to use your app for your digital coupons.Very, very disappointedMrs A Plunkett

I went here for the first time and was really impressed!!!! The store is huge and has everything that you would be looking for, from fresh produce, to clothes and electronics. It was really clean inside and the staff were spot on with helping you find what your looking for. I will definitely be going back whenever I need to pick something up.

First time to this store. Loved the bistro. We had the $5.00 chicken meals. Good. Enough to take home for second meal. They were out of what we traveled there for even though the site said in item was in store.Restrooms were clean except when you clean, you should clean the toilet bowl with a brush.

It's fine as long as I never need help. The cashier tonight at aisle 4, Rosavalisa is extremely rude.I usually use the self check out so when she asked for my number I said I didn't want to use it, she said she couldn't proceed without a number. I told her I hadn't run into that before and maybe it was new? She just responded It's not new with an attitude. Maybe she's cranky because she has too many hours? But, it's never a pleasure to shop here if you need to interact with anyone.

Very rude man named Meredith. Cut my pump off because I refused to turn my car off while my 13 year old and 8 month old were in the car as I was pumping gas. It’s 100 degrees outside sir! Don’t get your gas here. That dude is a joke

I shop here weekly and LOVE the store, but they need to revamp their Click list Pick up or end it. I have done the click list here for a while, but since the pandemic, the pick up process is a mess!!! I ordered about 25 items that I get almost weekly at this location, but due to a hectic schedule, I decided to try click list again. I will NEVER use click list here again. I arrived a little before 3 pm when my pick up time was from 3 to 4. All 8 spots were full and about 3 cars were waiting in front of me. I expected a wait due to this. I finally got in a spot and called. I had received a text that my order was ready for pick up and when I called once in my spot, I was told they would get my groceries out as soon as possible. After waiting until 4, I called to check on my order. I was told it was up next. So then 2 cars were serviced with their groceries (both had arrived after me) so I checked again and was told I was next. Once again, they came out and filled an order for another person who arrived after me. When I called this time, I asked how to cancel the order because this was absolutely ridiculous. I was frustrated, but not yelling. The girl on the other line started telling me they only had 2 workers and asked why I was yelling at her. I told her that I had been waiting for almost an hour and half, been told multiple times that I was next, but others who arrived after me were serviced. A man took over and told me if I canceled it would take 3-5 days to get my money back. Needless to say, I waited and was NEXT, but had never received a text or email about substitutions or unavailable items prior so I assumed they were all available. I was wrong. I had to ask and found VERY common items I get weekly were not in my order and an item was substituted without my permission. I was beyond frustrated and felt that maybe my order wasn't ready and they were filling as people arrived. This service at this location used to be my weekly shopping option prior to the pandemic, but I would not recommend this service at this location to anyone.

We love the store itself. It’s always very clean and well stocked. The only issue I’ve ever had has been with grocery pick up. It seems after covid in March 2020, they have consistently gotten my pickup orders wrong. Either by giving the wrong items, leaving out items, replacing items with things completely different than what was ordered. I’ve given them 4 different chances, and I’ve called and had it documented and corrected, (always just an apology and hope to do better in the future - but I still have to drive back to the store to get my correct order or go in to return the items I don’t want/need. Very frustrating and hard with 5 young children. Which is why I do pickup to begin with! It would be nice to have a discount of some sort or heck just anything to help rectify the issue after several times of having problems) but after tonight I will not be using them any more for pick up. Which means we won’t be shopping at Kroger anymore since pickup is my main source of grocery shopping. Shame.. since we love Kroger.

Clean place and fresh produce ! Has a salad bar and bistro that serves sushi and other menu options with a small dining area ! Starbucks operates here limited hours as well and the bakery has a great selection of items. it feels always welcomed when we step into the store .Pleasant experience!

This is my happy place. I love buying groceries here!But,I always have to sack my own groceries and it furiates me to watch THE bagger look very busy at doing nothing when the cashiers and customers do all the work. I should get a discount!!

Had a delivery made to my front door only to find out the grapes were extremely spoiled. Naturally, bc I paid for the grapes and delivery fee, I wanted to have this issue rectified. I called and spoke to costumer service manager on, 8/12/22 9:20 pm, however he felt I should come up with the solution to make it right, Smdh. Asked him what could be done to correct the issue, he paused and then hung up in my face.
