I remember shopping with my Mom as early as 1985 at this Kroger. Kroger in general is 1 of my favorite stores for produce and fresh food in general. I simply won’t buy fresh anywhere else. Two thumbs up.

They have a good selection and most of the staff was very helpful and friendly. The reason for not giving a full five (I'd give a 2.5 if I could) was that a person, whom I believe was a manager, spoke to me like I was an idiot for being confused by the fact that some produce that had sale signs out wasn't showing on the app. The reason being that they weren't going on sale until the next day. Perhaps if items aren't on sale until a later date, the signs shouldn't be put out so early.

I enjoy shopping here. They keep the coupon tags updated. I've always had a buggy. The workers are incredibly nice and know how to comply with WIC. One thing I do wish that could be changed is the Fresh Produce section. Check your items due date before purchasing.

Store has went down tremendously. Customer Service desk personell are never there on post. Employees are great but the store does not have great Management when it comes to utilizing personell for different departments. Long line waits times always. Also The store closing time is supposedly 12 but they have security standing at the door at 1130 saying they are closed already. Try Ellerbe Road if you want better quality service

I visit this one alot because it's near me. No other reason. Honestly, I wouldn't otherwise. I think time just hasn't been kind to the place, or the kroger company has kind of forgot about it. Biggest specific issues lately would be expired product still on shelves and incorrect tags.

Visit the location on 2/28/23 at 8:40 am.I frequent this location a lot & I’m usually very pleased. But on today I did not receive the awesome Customer Service I’m use too. I was very disappointed!

Clean and well stocked for a small store. Very happy plant based products/choices have made their way throughout most sections, and even have a few dedicated areas throughout store.

The only reason I gave it 4 stars is bc I wish it was closer to where I live bc I love this Kroger’s! It has everything and more & nicest employees & self checkout haha Great place to go!

I recently moved to this side of town from South Bossier and I have been looking for a new pharmacy. The first and only time I've ever used the Kroger Pharmacy, the staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. I was told that my prescription would be ready at 7pm and when I showed up at 7:30pm I was told that my prescription was not a priority and that it would be another 20 minutes. Not only was she extremely rude but she announced the name of my prescription in front of several other customers. I don't believe the staff has been inserviced on the importance of hippa compliance. I would definitely not recommend this pharmacy.

Been shopping here for years. But for the past few months the lines have been ridiculously long. With all the registers they have but only open 1?? There are too many employees walking around put someone else on the register. Its no excuse.. The line is usually down the aisle..

I usually enjoy my experience at this location. I would have to say today was by far my worst experience yet. There is not a single buggy or shopping basket in the store for customers to shop. Whenever I walked into the store and I noticed that there wasn't any as I continued through the door I alerted the staff that they need it to collect some buggies so that customers had something to put their groceries in while shopping. Two Baggers turned around and gave me an ugly look along with both cashiers that were at those two stations were the baggers were. I was in the store for approximately 45 minutes and upon checking out and leaving the store there is still not a single buggy or shopping basket in the store. The parking lot though is full of buggies. Guess we have to bring in our own buggy to shop?

I like shopping at this store and I understand people need days off. But on a Saturday there was one cashier working. She was working her butt off all alone. They called for another cashier for at least the 25 min. I was in line.

Where are the cashiers??? It doesn't seem to matter when I shop here, there are at max two cashier lines open in addition to six self-check stations. If we have to bag our own groceries (after finding a cart, because there were none in the store) then shouldn't there be a discount? Even Walmart has more lines open. The store staff are friendly but harried due to being too few for demand. Selection of items is good when in stock.

I gave a low review because if you have a sale tag on something you should honor that sale. I even read the tiny print to make sure I was getting the correct item. When I went back after checking out someone was back there removing the sale tag and putting the regular price which is fine but dont tell me I am wrong when you could simply say the sale ended and the tag wasn't fixed yet. Customers are no longer right!!! Wont shop at kroger anymore. Not to mention she was rude about it and made me feel like I was an idiot!!!!

Hoping it’s COVID & people not wanting to work and this is unusual ….stock is low and quality, not good and long lines w/ MANY registers not openHope it gets better for those that come back. I won’t be one of them.1 year later ….definition of insanity…. Soooo slow

I like shopping for my groceries here, ppl r great. The pharmacy they have is super. I would've given a 5 star but they have discontinued certain products that we're sugar-free that I purchased for my dad who is diabetic & when a got them I would buy 3-4 at a time.

I love this store. The bakery, meat, and produce department are my favorite! The customer service line can get quite long, but other than that this store is GREAT! Make sure to say "Hi" to the guys in the "Produce Department 🍌🍓🍇🍍", they are wonderful and very helpful....!

This store has deteriorated in their service and keeping shelves stocked over the past year. Even before the COVID 19, they were not keeping the shelves stocked especially with sale items. Regardless of the time of day or day of the week, we were disappointed. Additionally, the computer system does not correlate with the price indicated on the shelves so you never know if you will receive the discounted price or not. I usually try to go to the Kroger on Ellerbe Rd just because of service and efficiency.

Nice grocery store with the most kind and helpful staff. Usually find what I'm looking for but sometimes I wish the prices of items would compete with the neighborhood Wal-Mart items and food but it's ok. Only issue would be trying to find a parking spot during the day because it does get kinda crowded in that small parking structure. Just a little nit-pick but it's a nice store for shopping.

Parking lot is dirty and no buggies in store. Had to go out to the parking lot to get a buggy. No one to bag groceries. Bagged my own. Poor customer service. Been shopping at this Kroger's for 25 years. It's sad to see it going down hill. They can fix the inside up as much as they want but if the customer service sucks it ruins everything.

First time i've been there. Store clean, nice items in bakery, floor staff helpful. I did think the prices were high, even sale items. Nice, fresh seafood also.

Still frustrating finding my way around the new set. A simple floor plan with alpha index near checkout would help customers find new locations. Not that much to ask for. Big help and time saver for all. Thanx for asking!
