It honestly pains me to give this place only three stars. But, after our last visit, I have no choice. My husband said to give ONE star. But, the first time that we ever went, it was a five star visit. So, I averaged it out by giving three stars. My son had been asking to come back here since the first time we visited last summer & it seemed like every time we tried to go, we got rained out. Then I saw their Facebook post about the little pumpkin patch that they added for fall, with some adorable photo ops. So I thought what a perfect time to take him! My husband does not get off work until 2:45 & we live an hour away so we unfortunately did not get there until right at 4:00. Which is the same time we got here the first time we ever visited & when we were buying the tickets the nice lady informed us that they close at 5:00 & wanted to make sure we still wanted to buy tickets. Which I thought was really, really nice of her! I asked her if we would have to leave right at 5:00 & she said no not until 5:30 or so because they had a lot to do. Well this time that wasn't the case at all. My son was having a great time playing on the bounce houses & had to potty so I didn't even put his shoes back on him, I carried him inside to pee. When we came back out, the bounce houses were completely deflated! My son bawled his eyes out & I gave my husband a look that I rarely give him. So he went inside & told them we would pay extra or do whatever we had to, to have the bounce houses blown back up. Especially because it was only 4:45! So they did, reluctantly & you could tell that they were aggravated. But I know they saw not only my son's shoes still there but all of our stuff! They deliberately deflated them while we were all in the bathroom. Then at two minutes till 5:00, a guy came out & rudely told us to wrap it up!!! I honestly can't even begin to express my disappointment in this trip. We paid $65.00 for basically 30 minutes of play. 😔 We all three left sad, especially my son.On a POSITIVE note, the pumpkin patch is very small but the photo ops are pretty dang cute. And they have a few neat things setup to do in the barn. We also got to see a kangaroo with a baby it's in a pouch, which was a really neat experience.

Sooo much fun. The kids and myself really enjoyed it. Staff is super friendly. It does not have a barn smell. It's so clean and very well kept. We will be back soon.

We had my daughter’s birthday party there. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of! The petting zoo was super adorable and all the kids and even the adults had a blast. They were able to accommodate all of our requests and helped us decorate and even hang up a piñata. I highly recommend them for any of your kids parties!

I’ve been here my entire childhood because the owner is my grandmother I recommend this place because it has a giant bouncy house and also in the summer there is a splash pad where you can cool off there is also a gift shop and a party barn for birthdays they used to be a zip line also and on Christmas they have little party’s I was an elf and a served hot chocolate. I really recommend for birthdays or any occasion also it used to be called Zariah zoo or something referring to the Bible.

Very dirty environment, the poor animals look neglected and are all starving. Very bad conditions for the animals. The blowup bounce house for the kids is huge, but also very dirty. The hay ride was the best experience, we got to feed a camel, zebra, horses and a cow. The kids loved that. Splash pad is a joke. They have 1 blowup unicorn, and that’s it. Miserable in the Texas summer but maybe in the fall/winter it would be ok. I’m honestly surprised those animals are allowed to be tortured in those cages, and the place isn’t shut down.

Was skeptical because of some bad reviews. Got to say we loved it. We had a blast. Most zoos are crowded and corporate atmosphere. This was family friendly and staff made us feel like part of their family. We stayed long enough for the hay ride and it was soooo worth it. Getting kissed by a camel and petting a zebra was awesome! The pizza was really good. The bounce houses were great for my daughter. We even bought a make your own stuffed animal. I am proud that we got to help support such a great place. One of the baby goats got out and chased my daughter down to be pet 😂 they even have a splash pad so bring your swim shorts!

This was an outing for me and my granddaughters. I have limitations on lifting, so this was a perfect fit. The staff is exceptional, they give you the "WOW" factor. The hay ride is an added bonus. My grandbabies Loved it so much, my 2 year old cried when we had to leave. We will be back again.

I just want to say this has to be by far the best service, from the best staff, I’ve received. Being pregnant with two minor children the staff offered to help me when they saw me struggling to sign in. Then i felt lightheaded due to the heat and they got me a chair and water and sat me in front of an air conditioner and continuously checked on me. They are an amazing staff ! Highly recommend!!! The hay ride & train rides are great as well. I just wanted to highlight on the quality of the staff !

Today, we had a two pony party for our granddaughters and eight of their friends and cousins. Loved loved loved our pony party!! Arrived on time with beautiful well-cared for, well-trained ponies. Daniel and Ben were so good with the kids-they were so patient and kind! I think having the ponies was the best birthday party we have ever had. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again. Next time, we will have the ponies and the traveling zoo!! Thank you, Jubilee Zoo, for a very special day!

This zoo is AWESOME!!!!!! I took my 3 yr old grandson here and he absolutely loved every single moment of it! I can't wait to bring my other two grandchildren here for an afternoon of FUN!The staff is very nice and the facility and animals are amazing! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 5 🌟!

Was an amazing experience and friendly people there who love their job as much as the animals there love to be fed but kids. The baby goats are probably my favorite part, or the hay ride which is must.

Enjoyed our visit completely. The staff were nice and they tried to give us a good time. We petted the goats, the kangaroo, the horse, the zebra, and the camel. We fed them too... The goats ate out of our hands!! Loved our time there. Nice place for children and for adults wanting to unwind and relax.

Jubilee Zoo is absolutely incredible! My friend and I took my 5yr old and we had a blast. I can't remember the names of the staff, but they are so very kind and super sweet. The goat pin is so much fun. The hay ride is an experience I will forever cherish. I love that camel so much.I love them all so much. The camel has so much personality. I hope everyone that reads this will visit this amazing friendly zoo. I can't wait to go back and try out the goat yoga. Thank you for all you do for these precious animals.

Loved the hayride. We got to feed the camel, zebra, and cows. The kids were beyond excited! There's also jumping houses for the kids! It was my granddaughter first trip with her pre- k class. We had a Blast!

I took my 2 year old and 14 year old sons to the jubilee zoo and both of them had the time of their lives. There were so many beautiful, friendly and well taken care of animals, it was very obvious the animals were accustomed to interaction. The kids were so happy to run around and be free to enjoy the outside without me constantly wrangling them in and this was possible because the Jubilee Zoo is safe and staff are so friendly. For me, it was just the reset I needed as a mom and honestly I was taken back to a time when I could enjoy simple things. Our visit to the zoo was magical, not in a grand make believe way, but the magic that’s always around us in nature and family if we could slow down enough to see it. We only live an hour away and we will taking more breaks from life out at this beautiful yet simple, little piece of heaven on earth.Thank you Jubilee Zoo for making our family feel like so welcomed and sharing your sweet animals with us.

Took my two year old yesterday and the staff were extremely nice and hospitable. The animals are happy and well fed. My son loves the pony ride. The hayride was so much fun. The camel had the funniest personality. They have a gift shop with snacks and drinks as well. One of the staff even offered to make us some lemonade! I enjoyed our evening with them. Definitely will go again.

This place is so freaking awesome!! We had our daughters birthday party there today. The staff Allison and Trinity went above and beyond to make sure the day was successful. We will be back many times in the future. So much activities for the kiddos to do. Animals are friendly and excepting of being handled by young toddlers. High recommend this place!! What a fun spot. Plenty of adorable animals to feed and interact with. I was surprised by the hay ride. There were exotic animals that acted like pets. I loved petting the sweet kangaroos. Friendly staff and lots of fun!

5 Stars for sure! The family and I were just passing through and I am so glad we found this little gem. It's family owned and operated, and you can tell, as they make you feel right at home. The brothers who operated the hay ride where you can feed the larger animals were very knowledgeable and friendly, we ended up riding it twice! The staff up at front were super friendly and incredibly good with kids as well.Entry is all inclusive (except pony rides and extra food), and they have 2 playgrounds and a huuuuge inflatable bounce maze type thing. My kids (age 2 and 3) loved every minute of the visit and there was plenty to keep them engaged for hours. I highly recommend visiting here, the kids even got to bottle feed a baby kangeroo, how cool is that?
