The young black guy he is a manager that work here he has a ponytail with long dreadlocks he is the most ungrateful and mean uncaring manager or person I have ever ran into he always has a bad attitude every time I come here and I don't like that I wish there was a way I can report him

MY TAKE ~ It's close to our house, so it is very convenient, esp. when you don't want to walk all the way to the back of W-Mart to get milk or loaf of bread. The customer service has always been more than satisfactory and friendly, especially helpful when a nice young mngr. let my little girl use the restrooms that I was told were not open to the public. That was a great help and most appreciated! The store is also not messy and confusing, like a lot of other budget stores. It's normally neat with products organized and easily are accessible. It's nice that they accept EBT cards and Medicaid's Program that gives you a Louisiana HealthCard, like a rewards card for $ earned by making regularly scheduled DR appts for you and your child.They also have prepaid cards for purchase as well as Netspend reload pks to reload cash on your Netspend card, have Western Union Services, and some Bill Pay Services.. I am not sure about Dollar Gen., but Big Lots does have a few good brands. They are just far away from me. - Jessica S.

Good prices always and the digital coupons are unbelievable with those coupons you actually save big dollars. Take for example once a month the Oxy-Clean laundry detergent you can get it for $2 instead of $5 with digital coupon, twice a month you can get the regular size Gain or Tide for $1.95 instead of $4.95 with digital coupons I mean with those digital coupons you really are getting a bargain for your money! Absolutely love it I go to the Family Dollar at least 5 times a week. Between Wally World (Wal-Mart) and Family Dollar I can't get enough of them both they are like my 2nd home to say lol.😂😂

This is a clean store. The employees are always friendly. They mostly have what I need. There isn't a big selection on shampoo & conditioner however.

I had to wait with one other person in front of me for at least 5 minutes before the cashier showed up and that was after ringing the bell. Bad customer service.
