Very rude staff. Was told to leave cause I hadn’t grabbed anything yet. Was only at the store for 10 minutes looking around. Of course I’m not going to buy anything If I’m just going to be rushed. Not like anyone was doing there job in there.smh

Stop to grab a bag of candy and it’s cold in Shreveport so I have on my hood. I was told I could not purchase anything or shop on their store with a hood. Only in the black neighborhood will you find this kind of stupidity.

This is by far the best store that my husband and I have ever visited in Shreveport area. We frequent the store quite often on Sundays because it’s close by our church. It is so refreshing to walk into a family Dollar and be greeted and not have to stumble over boxes and merchandise in the floor area. The manager of the store needs to be promoted to district manager or have a job created for he or she to go around and oversee and train the other managers to keep their stores just as clean. We live close to the Family Dollar in Youree drive and I avoid going in because it is always so unruly.

The cashier in there right now! Hunny is the truth! It is Christmas Eve and they're open til 10PM!!!! Not only is this lady cashiering with a A GREAT attitude, but she is greeting everyone that walks in the door AND answering the phone w/ a GREAT attitude!! With a line almost to the BACK of the store.. I believe her co worker isnt feeling well!! She is the truth hunny! I commend her!!

Purchased headphones a week and a half ago at which time the Teller told me I could not Get any refunds as far as money back but I could swap out for another item if I wanted to or in-store purchases I showed up today because I got gaming headphones instead of radio headphones like I wanted and he told me there are no refunds and no trade outs As of this Friday well I purchased my headphones before that Rule was in effect therefore I should be able to swap them out for some regular headphones terrible store definitely will never shop here again.

I already dislike family dollar stores over priced cheap items but this one is by far the worst one you never know real store hours it always close and open when they want or no items stocked shopping through there inventory is a headache...I have wasted so much gas traveling to this store just to walk up an employee tell me where closed ...or were not open today.ugh just throw them in the trash....it's a waste to even go

Store manager is rude as I don’t know what she was the only cashier as well soo was standing at the register when you walk in did not speak at that time did not speak when I got too the counter instead was on the phone with earphones in her ears talking about another customer soo I went on to put my things in the checkout I asked for two jazz black & molds she rudely denied my request because she said my ID was bent though the dates & names & pics were all visible but yes usually when I go in this store the experience is nice but this store manager y’all have now very unprofessional

I love this family dollar and the ladies who work there I usually stop by there on Thursday and by all the Donald Duck orange juice they are always friendly and very patient with me thank you for making me feel welcome in your place of business
