Around 6pm last night (1/23/21). The cashier was rude. Did not greet the customers. Had negative questions and statements about the neighborhood that was on my hat. Her job is to provide customer service and customer satisfaction. Not label customers. She needs more training on customer service. She didn't even acknowledge me coming into the store nor when I got to the counter to purchase my items. A simple Welcome or Thank you for shopping like all the other stores I visit would have been kind. Corporate needs to monitor this location a little more. I have associates that say they stopped going by this location because of the rudeness & horrible customer service. I understand she may not be making a lot of money but your job is to assist the customers & provide proper customer service to the customers. Not say how ghetto and ratchet a neighborhood is. I am sure that's not in her job description.

It's very hot in there!! In my 1st transaction, I had 2 different bags of Tide Pods and 2 different coupons. I used a manufacturer's coupon and a store coupon. Well, only the manufacturer's coupon worked. When I returned to the store, and explained that the items and corresponding coupons were scanned out of order, causing the store coupon to not work, the Store Manager, Renee, got defensive, and complained that she would have to go get the manufacturer's coupon. I stood there and looked expectantly for a few moments before she finally went into the office to retrieve it (which was about 3 feet away). After that, she said I should've done 2 separate transactions, and looked at me as if she was done helping me. I had to tell her to re-ring my purchases, correctly. When I did, she rolled her eyes at me, with the most unhelpful attitude I've ever received from a Store Manager. I was never rude to her, even after this. I don't know what passes for management at FD, but that surely was one of the worst retail experience in my life. I will NEVER RETURN to this store!! Negative stars!

Workers literally work whenever they want. Supposedly the store opens at 9 and closes at 10, but by 9:30 am they are barely opening and by 9 they are closed. Also cashiers are always rude and can’t even ask them nothing.

Generally have the average things that any dollar store will have. Had some comfy clothes that were a really good price.

Every buggy was filled with products that havent been stocked,isle are blocked by boxes, product that's advertised in the weekly paper are in the back in boxes because they haven't gotten to them yet. Only 2 people working, hire people with better customer service and raise the pay, $8 to stock,casheir,clean and unload trucks is crazy

enter at left side of shopping center close to road back into fenced area to door flat surface do not park behind store to sleep. people are nice but I had a very bad exp. there I had a 6am delivery and they showed up at 8 am

Empty shelves, worker stopped me for not wearing a mask (to get a single item) despite the majority of workers not wearing one. Rude, lazy and unprofessional workers.
