Every time you shop the prices on the goods are not the same when they ring them up. The manager had a horrible attitude and locked the doors at 8:45pm and stayed corporate office told him to do it so they can leave at 9pm. We love our community store but we shouldn’t allow people with horrible customer service come in and ruin our neighborhood.

Love the store, but the management that is there now & some of the workers have awful attitudes. I have went into this store and experienced horrible customer service and I have also witnessed the elderly being mistreated by staff. If customers are having an issue with anything at all they do not provide good customer service. Instead, they talk rudely to the customer and get upset after they've given off bad energy and ban a customer from the store and threaten to call the police and have the children taken away along with the parent. I have heard the store employees call management and give false information about a lady that was in the line before me and he was loud and mean on the phone with the employee talking bad about the elderly lady before. I have called the store phone to speak with management and couldn't get anyone to answer. I would like corporates phone number and email to discuss a few issues that I have encountered and seen other people go through. The attitudes are not acceptable. Everyone in this neighborhood are not criminals. Customers should be treated better. Ben is the manager of this location and he is very rude. I would like to speak to someone in corporate about a situation that did not happen to me but to my child. What he did was unacceptable.

Great store but clothing section is usuallu cluttered and the workers act as though they were hired based on nasty attitudes alone. Every time I have gone to the store I have seen workers on their personal phones while checking me out, arguing with themselves and customers, never knowing where anything is and not knowledgeable about coupons at all.

I really like dollar general but alot of times the coipons i have on my account do not cone off and at this storw they want even attempt to take it off i show them tbey say i can"t but others do

Staff was friendly and helped me look for an item at length. Store looked like a class of pre-schoolers were asked to do inventory.
