Thank you Dixie Floors for such a great & amazing experience! We heard wonderful things about this local, long family owned company & expectations were exceeded. Mr. Brian & Mr Benny were both ever so helpful. Benny gave us carpet samples to take home so we could decide on color matches. Brian worked with our schedule to allow us to get the walls & baseboards painted prior to getting our new carpet. Brian & his 2 man installation crew are professional & very hardworking. They did such an AMAZING job installing our new pads, carpets, & tack strip repair. They cleaned up thoroughly & did the install in just a couple hours. Installers were very courteous & polite. We couldn’t be pleased more about this company…thank you all again for great service & labor. A+ rating & 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dixie Floors is amazing! Benny was so nice and really helped me understand the whole process. He even let me take a few samples home to decide what color went well with our walls. They came in and finished 3 rooms in a couple of hours! I'm definitely going to them the next time I need my floors done!

From start to finish, I had a great experience with Dixie Floors and their crew. We had every floor in our house (except for our bathrooms) removed and replaced with porcelain tile in just 4 days. Todd with Dixie floors was personable and always just a phone call away if we had any questions or concerns. I'd highly recommend Dixie Floors to anyone in the market looking to make a change with their floors. The tile was also puppy dog approved.

I had Dixie Floors change out all my floors in my house. They listened to what I wanted and recommended products based on that. They let me keep the floor samples for over a week while I chose the color and didn't mind when I switched them out multiple times. Once the floor was installed they stood by their work and answered any questions I had. My toddler now has almost indestructible floors to run around on and I don't have to worry if he spills something! I am very pleased with my nice new luxury vinyl and carpet!

Great place to have my floors carpeted and my bathroom floor replaced with marble tiles.Todd in sales gave me perfect service, good advice, and was always timely.Install crew was on time and completed the house in one day. We had tile flooring installed in our kitchen, hallway, guest bathroom, walk-in closet, and laundry room. We also had vinyl flooring installed in a sunroom. We couldn't be more pleased with the workmanship. Our salesperson was amazing, and the work crew was professional and courteous. They even did a wonderful job cleaning up the mess when the job was complete.
