First time trying this Dairy Queen location and was HIGHLY disappointed.I understand this is a fast food and that our food needs to come out quick but this is unacceptable.Let’s talk about pricing: if you order any Large meals, they are going to charge every large item in that meal. I ordered two meals for my husband and I. Our large meals with two small blizzards came out to be over $45. Not sure if DQ is some kind of new fast food fine dining but that’s not a reasonable price at all.My meal came out so fast that the food got so cold when I gotten home. I live only 3-5 mins away. The fries aren’t even filled to the top and my meal feels like trash.I will not come back to this location. Period.

When leaving Shreveport, I started craving ice cream and I really wanted a banana split. Sonic doesn't serve banana splits anymore but I wondered if Dairy Queen might. I called and the young man answering said Yes We do! It was late and he said, no worries they are open till 11pm. The patio outside is gorgeous I will have to come back on a cool evening with friends. 👍💖😁

If you need a birthday cake this is the place to get it. Not only can you get the cake but guess what??? You will not have to worry about the ice cream because they are all in one!!! This is the best ice cream cake you will EVER buy I PROMISE!!! Talk about reasonably priced! I got a birthday ice cream cake for get this 23.00 dollars! Isn’t that fab??? It is!!! Just look at this beautiful cake. You can also custom order.

Ordered for dine in. Took a very long time, multiple items were incorrect. Had to ask and wait for multiple items.For example, plain cheeseburger 🍔 with only pickles had to be ordered twice. Several blizzards were given to us that we didn't order. It appeared that our banana 🍌 split was given to the people who ordered after us, which then took another 10 minutes to get one made for us.Never received a cookie dough blizzard, even after asking twice. One hot fudge sundae was made with something they use in making ice cream cakes, it tasted like frozen cool whip, and we waited for that sundae 🍨 for about 15 minutes. I can't imagine why it would not be made with ice cream like our other frozen treats.None of our blizzards were served to us upside down, a DQ trademark.Burgers were good. Restrooms were clean.Parking: Plenty of space to park.

Pulled up to DQ at 10:20, completely dark....saw someone outside with a headset on and asked were they still open? She said yes, pulled up to the menu....its completely dark and no one said anything but they close at 11pm. I drive around and see workers in the inside. Went and saw the woman still outside smoking and asked again....you did say y'all are still open right. She said yes I heard you pull up on the Mic. So I went back around and sat there 5 mins nobody said nothing or took my order. Sometimes owners don't know that these workers will act like its closed by turning off lights and the menu boards and act close, losing money for the company while getting paid to do nothing.

Manager was sitting at a table by the entrance. Other employees was at the service counter & around the area eating. Walked in. Walked over to where the cakes were. Stood there for approximately 10 minutes. No one walked over & said Hi did you need one of our famous ice cream cake for maybe possibly Mother's Day?Nope?Nothing.So I walked outThank u for the 1st experience n New Restaurantnow I realized why I haven't been there for a minute

It was not a pleasant experience. The store was dirty, not busy when we got there and dined in but watched our food sit in the window in a bag while people were getting theirs and leaving but no one would hand me the bag. I was standing there when they called our order ready. I stood there patiently for her to finish taking orders for 5 families b4 she finally turned around and handed me my bag. Seemed like a lot of chaos just due to a malfunctioning ice machine...

Rude!!! After ordering 2 banana splits and a hot fudge Sunday, we got the sundae and one banana split, we waited on the other one for 10 minutes. My elderly father asked very politely if he ordered 2, just making sure it was paid for, the young black girl at the counter literally looked at my dad, pointed to the screen with more attitude than I've ever seen and said "can't you read it says 2 banana splits. About 7 minutes later it finally came out but she left it sitting on the side counter and told no-one that it was ready. I seen it myself so I picked it up myself. Jesus really stepped in and kept her from wearing the entire order. Every time we go it a bunch of black girls that don't want to be at work!! I will not be returning to this location. And the ice creme was melted by the time we could leave with it.

Not only did they sell me a SMALL blizzard and saying it was a medium. My very small medium caramel fudge cheesecakes blizzard had NO TOPPINGS in it at all. I think I may have gotten three pieces of cheesecake pieces and the rest is just vanilla ice cream. Waste of money. Will not be back again.

I used the app to order and pickup in the drive thru. It was an option offered. I didn't make it up. The dude in the red shirt looked up from his phone long enough to tell me the rule is for customers to come inside. So why is the drive thru an option? Then he told me to move out of the way for someone else to order without giving me my order. Finally, nothing in my order was correct or even recognizable. Had to clean the blizzard cup myself before leaving the store and it was the consistency of a melted milkshake by the time I got to the car. The other item had toppings I did not request. Do the world a favor and remove options from the app that go against the "rules" and learn some customer service skills. I have no problem deciding not to return.

The line was a little bit longer than normal, and took a little longer to get our food, but it was worth the wait! The employee taking the order, as well as the young man at the window were both extremely polite and courteous. Our food was hot and fresh,not just reheated then thrown together. They even remembered the condiments and napkins without having to ask! Thank you! Great job!

This is the second time I have gone to this DQ for blizzards and was asked to go around to the front door to have someone bring my order out. There was no one behind me in line. The first time the young lady came out and told me they didn’t have enough cookie dough blizzard to make 2 orders- what else did I want. By the time she came back with the second one the first one was melting. The second time , once again drive around, we wait and we’re finally brought 2 mushy blizzards. I counted 4 employees in the kitchen while waiting to pay for my order. Why are they not taking care of guests at the window? They are doing this with every car. Service is slow and looks like they are losing business. Will think twice next time. The young lady who delivered our order was nice but clueless.
