The store is awesome employees are friendly. Anything to do with the pharmacy Has gone to he'll in a handbrake. If you need to call no one answers. The medications you get every month are out of stock and that puts me going to 2 different pharmacies instead of getting them from just 1. The one cashier back there is rude and I just finally said it's not worth it and switched to a diffrent pharmacy. Never been happier less stress and if I need to call they answer within just a few rings. I hope someone can change it around and get it back going like when the bald guy was there. He knew his stuff he was fast knew my name and very friendly. You could tell he really cared about hos customers.

They do not answer the phone. Trying to find out if they have a med in stock to transfer a prescription is a joke. They will go out of business with their lack of customer service. All they want is for you to do everything on line, but there is not an option for inventory.

Worst customer service ever. My husband went by to pick up meds at 2:00 on a Friday and they were closed. No signs or anything about being closed. Goes in the next day and their computer was down. Sat in the drive through for five minutes before they even spoke to say the system was down and would take 20 minutes to come back up.

Train all employees to have good customer service. I did not appreciate having my mother's medication thrown at me. It was uncalled for and no one deserve to be treated like that.

Worst CVS ever! They talk to each other more about their everyday life and they watch you stand there like they dont see you instead of working more and help their customers.Moreover....Went to see my doctor yesterday and she prescribed me a new med. I didn't get a call that my prescription is ready so I called atleast 6 times on hold for atleast 30 minutes each call and no one ever picked up the phone! Called early the next day and she said they just opened to give them few hours to settle the store. I said this was sent yesterday then she said they are behind four days. Wth, people need their medicine. Finally, it shows its ready then I go there and David said its gonna few more minutes. I said to him its ready, then he went to check and it was right there. Still hearing their talking about their personal life instead of working so they can catch up and get their customers happy. These people needs some humanity! Or, they are prejudice.

Most unorganized pharmacy I’ve ever had my meds sent to. Almost always a disappointment between slow service, people coming in late, and constantly out of medication.

Extremely disappointed with Beau at N. Market CVS Pharmacy. I had questions about a medication that was out of stock and apparently there’s a 1 question minimum. Regardless, the answer that I got was delivered in the worse way possible. No grace was shown to me nor was any given to him. I get it! We are all tired, understaffed, underpaid and sick of dealing with mean people BUT, some of our jobs require that we interact with the public. Beau, as the associate your job is to assist. Instead you made sure to defend yourself and what you were saying. Stop, regroup, listen to your customers. Everyone isn’t crazy or hard of hearing. Be better and if you can’t, then quit.

I did not receive my medicine when it was supposed to be ready for pickup on 12/01/22 I was already out of medicine then I have to redo my refill turned out to be scheduled for 12/07/22 which was when I was scheduled for a doctors appointment. This late date cause my blood pressure reading to be high as a result. I just want to get my medicine when scheduled to receive it. Thanks a million

They give you the run around and if u have meds coming there don’t do it I’ve been waiting on my prescription to be filled for 6 hours they don’t answer their phone they need to be closed down it don’t make any sense

I despise the fact that my insurance company makes me use CVS!!! Some of the pharmacist are totally rude.

Don’t shop here at all cost I’m not sure if it’s a requirement to be rude to work at CVS but they all are. The guy didn’t even get my ID or anything now my test results are lost cause he put in my DOB wrong.
